Luna's point of view

I sat there shocked. Frozen. Numb. Couldn't move. I sat there. Water seeping through my favorite purple dress. Going through it layer by layer until I drops into my skin. It's spreading I feel. I'm going to turn. I just look at the water on my thigh. My father is going to hate me for what I am.

I'm still sitting there until I feel someone pull me out of the chair. My vision is blurry with tears and fear of what people will think when I turn. I'm running now with someone pulling me but we don't get far until I start to feel the all to familiar tingling of the turn. I run any way. I look up and notice a room is coming into view. I look behind me and see my father chasing after us. I turn around and see the room almost there three more steps as I'm taking this steps I try and hold back to change. It's not working one more step. I loose my footing and fall to the ground bringing Ílios with me.

I land on my stomach and feel my tail being completed. I put my head up and see Ílios looking down at me with tear stained cheeks. She notices me looking at her and she says I'm so sorry but noting came out I don't hear anything. I prop my self up and look over at my tail where my winsome purple dress was.

The tip is light pink and as it goes up it turns into black. I also have a design of a moon with swirls all around it decorating it.

I flip over so now I'm on my back. I glance at my tail and notice someone is standing in front of me protectively. Ílios. My father is looking at me with disgust. I'm gonna die. He's going to kill me. Those five words swirl through my head making my thoughts go crazy.  He's going to kill me. He's going to kill me. I look down in disappointment at my tail.

Ílios is done talking with my father and helps me dry off till I'm back in the dress. When I can stand I up again I embrace my sister and we stand in the hallway crying. This might be the last time I see Ílios ever.

Ílios's Point of View

I woke up to a bright ray of light coming through my window. This is the day that I might never see Luna again.

'No I can't think like that I have to protect her no matter what!' I say to my self. I hear a light knock on my door. It's Tribrus he must of heard the news. I quietly got out of bed. I placed my bare feet on to the gelid floor. I quickly walked to the door and opened it. As soon as I did I was engulfed in warm arms. I broke down I started tearing up. He noticed this and ran a hand through my hair and whispered soft things.

"It's all my fault. I should of protected her" I sob

Tribrus responds " you did the best you could you were on the other side of the room there's nothing you could do maybe she was destined for this to happen"

I lift my head of his chest and look into his bright blue orbs. "Your right. I love you." I say as I get on my tiptoes and give him a kiss on the cheek.
"I love you too." He whispers back.

I still looking into his eyes as he brings up his thumb and wiped away a lone tear that escaped.

"If she gets banished Tribrus. I'm going with her. " I say

He looks at me and thinks I'm joking. When he sees I'm being serious he starts to rant. "You can't you could get killed if you cross your father like that!"

I look at him. And say "please let me do this. You know I'll always come back to you. I need to do this. For Luna. "

He shakes his head but reluctantly says "For Luna"
