"A disgrace. That's what's she's made of me."

Illios scowled, facing the window shed looked through a thousand times before.

"Father...I can't just let you banish my sister. You can't expect me to do nothing."
"Oh, but I do. And you will do nothing."
"You can't d-"
"Ilios...you will never see your sister ever again."

Her jaw clenched and she turned, "No. If she's gone, I'm gone too."

He scoffed, looking at her over the top of his scroll with a peaked brow. "Is that so? Well, I will let you know right now that I advise against the decision."

"You've lost both of your daughters. Moms dead. Your alone."

With this, King Potent's dry lips parted into a disgusted snarl. He rose   from his leathered seat, slamming his jeweled staff into the ground.

"Very well then. If you wish to join your sister so much- you shall." He then came close to Ilios, "just don't be upset when you awake to a scaly surprise."

Ilios wasn't exactly sure what he meant by this, and she didn't care to ponder it much. His word meant nothing anymore.
"Your ruling is going to run this kingdom into the dust, you lonely savage."

Her eyes flickered to the door, where Triberus was standing stiff. He looked alarmed, but did not make any movement yet. He gave his wife a curious tilt of the head.

The enraged king's hand trembled, stifling back the urge to hit his unfaithful daughter. Instead, Potent followed her gaze to the man by the doorway with a sick grin.

"If I'm alone- you will be too." and with that he glanced at the mighty women in the clouds, horn brimming with powerful magic, and gestured to the young knight with his staff.

The windows burst open as vicious winds forced into the castle, swirling colors of black and red. They picked Triberus up into the air, engulfing his form and coiling around his limbs. The transformation took seconds, a handsome man into a hideous beast.

Large talons clicked against the floor, as three pairs of jaws snapped viciously into the air. Greasy wires of hair lined the 3-headed canine and thin red eyes glared at the two humans before it. Tribus- the horrible 3 headed dog.

"If you can except your sisters monstrosity- surely you can except your husband's?" King Potent smiled at Ilios.

"Y-You've turned my soul mate into a beast!"
"Still love him?"
"I-I can't- I don't...what?"
"Hmm...I thought so. Now leave the comforts of my glorious castle! You'll last but a second. Your a disgrace to my dynasty."

And so she was sent tumbling into the misty wilderness, gates slamming shut behind her. King Potent smiled down at the frazzled girl from his towering windows as she faced the dark land before her.
