Chapter 27

Luna collapsed on the floor from exhaust. Arcanum is dead she will no longer terrorize the people of Ficta Somnium again.  Luna collapsed on the floor from exhaust. Using her new powers without practice and years of experience is very power draining.

Julian runs over to let and sits by her head and gently sets it in his lap. He has happy tears in his beautiful green eyes as they look down at the beautiful girl that is all his. His eyes swell with pride for this beautiful creature.  Luna smiles at him as she tries to lift her arm up to pull his face down to meet here but sadly fails from exhaust. Julian understood and slowly bends his head down and let's his lip gently graze across Luna's lips. As the lovers share their moment Ílios finds it the perfect time to sneak off to find Triburus.

Ílios walks and walks until she is met with the edge of the Forest Of Shadows. She must find Triburus. With the killing of Acranum his curse should be reversed and  Triburus should be in his original form.

With a deep breath she steps across the boarder line of light and dark. Leaving the light to find her darkest love.

Triburus lays on the forest floor still with a broken wrist from when the demons that controlled his body threw themselves out the window.  He looks up at the sky dazed, the pain was so intense he started humming a lullaby that his mother used to sing to him when he was little. He carefully sits up with a groan. In his mind he's confused at why he isn't stuck in the other body.

Out of the corner of his eye he sees a set of fiery red hair. He knew instantly that it was Ílios. He looks over and there she is standing slightly behind a big willow tree as if she is scared. Triburus slowly stands up with his hands up slightly signaling he's not going to hurt her.

"Shh shh it's ok Ílios. I'm not going to hurt you." He whispers in a low voice.

"Why?" Was the red head girl only response.

Triburus tilts his head slightly in confusion. "Why what?"

"Why did you step up for me against my father? Why did you hurt Mare Equo? Why.." She trails of slowly her voice betraying her by braking at the end.

"I stood up because I love you Ílios I never want to see you in pain. I want to stand in front of you and protect you from all of the wrong of the world. But I failed. I bloody failed and there's nothing I can do about it" was the warriors response.

Ílios looks into her darkest love's baby blue eyes with her dark brown ones. God how she missed those eyes. Those eyes are her weakness.

Triburus continues, "I had no control over my body. The two other heads were making all the decisions for me." He walks closer and lightly grabs both of her hands into his. Her hands engulfed by his. His hands warm and strong. Hands made from warmth. Hands of a warriors.

"I would never hurt you intentionally and god if I ever hurt you again you can beat me up" Triburus laughs gently.

With that Ílios's hand comes up and slaps him with all the force that she can muster.

"Don't do it again Triburus! I swear if you do I won't be afraid to bloody punch you! God I love you!" Ílios yells then gets on her tip toes and pushes her lips against his.

She loves his so much. And he loves her even more.

Triburus pulls away and rests his forehead against hers.

"I promise. I promise I will never do it again even though it was for your own benefit!"

She smiles and kisses his nose.

"Sadly to say I would always forgive you I could never stay mad at you. " as Ílios says that Triburus looks into Ílios's eyes with his Blue ones. It's like he's looking into her eyes with sincerity and promise and most of all love. This relationship isn't fully built back up from all of the darkness and separation but soon we will see if they make it or if their relation ship will end in tragedy.
