Lilys pov
I was sketching a ender dragon in the park intill rainbow dash flew over to me,"Lily, twilight wants to see you. She's at her castle." Rainbow informed me I nodded,"Okay." I got up and packed up my stuff then rushed over to twilights castle. Right when I opened the castle doors twilight was right there,"Lily, thank celestia your here!" Twilight said and pulled me into the castle, she then lead me over to the main room. Twilight sat down in her throne,"Lily, why I wanted to see you here is because we need you to go to the crystal empire." Twilight said in a serious tone,"Me? Why don't you or somepony else go there?" I asked,"Because, I have to many friendship problems to solve here. And besides, you're stronger then me." Twilight smiled weakly at me, I looked down and thought for a second. I looked back at twilight,"Okay, I'll go to the crystal empire." I tried to sound tough, but really, I was confused. Twilight smiled,"Thank you." And with that we walked over to the train station together, I know I could've just flew or teleported to the crystal empire but going on the train might give me some time to think. When we got there all we heard was,"All aboard!" That was the signal for the train leaving soon,"Hey twilight, why do I even have to go to the crystal empire?" I asked,"I....Ummm.... King sombra is back." Twilight answered with a nervous smile,"What? And I'm the pony who has to deal with him?!" I panicked,"Yes..." Twilight mumbled,"How in equestria will I defeat king sombra?!" I yelled,"Hey, life is going to throw problems at you. You just have to find your own way to fix them." Twilight said in a reassuring voice, I smiled and nodded. The stallion yelled again,"All aboard!" I smiled again at twilight then got on the train, as soon as I took my seat the train started to leave the station. I was lost in thought, trying to know what to do once I get to the crystal empire. After some time somepony snapped me out of my thoughts,"Excuse me, aren't you an alicorn?" Somepony asked, I looked down and seen a colt,"Why yes, I am an alicorn." I smiled at him,"So cool!" He cheered, I giggled at him. Somepony grabbed the colt,"Oh, sorry if he bothered you." The pony said as they pulled him away,"It's fine, he wasn't." I smiled,"Yay! Can I sit with you then?" The colt asked,"No, you have to stay with us. Bye miss." The pony said then pulled the colt away, I smiled one last time at the colt. When they were out of sight I pulled out my laptop, mabey playing a little bit of minecraft would settle my nerves? I started playing and before I knew it, I was at the crystal empire! I put my laptop away then got off the train. The station was crowded by ponys so I just teleported away from the station. What I seen looked like nothing was wrong, everypony seemed all happy and joyful! I walked around the empire, being greeted by some crystal ponys every once in a while. I decided to go to the castle, mabey princess cadence would know why twilight thinks king sombra is back? I started walking towards the castle, on the way I passed by the crystal heart. I stopped to check it out, it won't hurt for a little sight seeing! While looking at it, the crystal heart seemed to have a crack in it. Was it always there? I wanted to inspect it, I stepped closer to the crystal heart. But I stopped. I didn't even want to stop. I tried moving closer to the crystal heart, but my hooves were stuck to the ground! I tried harder to move, I still couldn't move. I tried flying, still couldn't move. I tried teleporting away, nothing happened! The ground shook underneath me, I froze. Cracks formed in the ground making a circle around me, in a flash I was falling through the ground!
"HEELLLLP!"
I cried out, but nopony heard me as I fell down deeper into the ground. It got darker and darker, I looked up at the hole I fell through. The hole was being covered! The light from the hole disappeared completely when in was covered, leaving me falling through darkness. The bottom didn't seem far from me, I squeezed my eyes closed. Is this how it's all going to end? Tears formed in my eyes, I braced for the impact of the ground. This is it...
Something wrapped around me and I stopped falling,"Hi.~" Somepony whispered, in curiosity I opened my eyes to see who it was. It was king sombra! I whimpered,"I see you know who I am." He chuckled, I nodded, I was to scared to talk,"And I see cadence made an accseption.~" King sombra,"W-what?" I whispered,"Oh, she didn't tell you?" Sombra asked, I shyly shook my head no, he chuckled,"Well, I was going to take over the empire again but cadence and shining armer tried stopping me," He chuckled,"What fools." I whimpered, he seen my scared expression,"Don't worry, I didn't kill them. Instead we made a deal. They keep the empire, but, they had to give somepony to me keep." He smirked at me,"K-keep?" I stuttered, he nodded,"They thought I'd have the pony as a slave, that's why they took so long. But really...." He trailed off, he pulled me closer,"I just wanted somepony to keep for my own to love.~" he partly licked his lips, I blushed,"But I didn't know princess cadence and shining armer would give me such a keeper.~" King sombra whispered with a smirk, I blushed more, I tried getting away in fright. He laughed and held me close, as if he... Was hugging me? I froze from both fear and surprise,"And don't worry, I'll never ever dream of hurting you.~" he whispered in... A caring voice? I hesitantly hugged him back, he looked into my eyes,"Now, what's your name?" He smiled,"Lily." I whispered, king sombra chuckled,"Well then lily, considering you didn't know about the deal. Would you stay with me? That means if you say yes, you can never leave. Ill let you see your family and friends once a month. But, if you say no, I take over the empire, everypony there will be my slave." He glared at me, I gulped and looked down. I know princesses have to make tough decisions, but I'm not really a princess! His grip tightened,"Well?" He hissed,"I pick you." I said, squeezing my eyes closed so I don't have to look at his eyes. And making this choice, I think I saved the crystal empire.. King sombra chuckled,"Good choice.~" he smirked, before I could say anything, he kissed me!
