Fox's pov
"Fox! I'm hungry!" Rainbow dash called to me from the other room,"Then eat something!" I called back, Rainbow dash flew into the room,"But there's nothing to eat!" Rainbow dash whined,"Then try this, it's a work in progress but I think it will satisfy you." I replied, holding up a medium sized berry,"A berry? Really?" Rainbow dash looked at me with unamusment in her eyes,"Just try it!" I huffed, Rainbow took it from me, she looked annoyed but she ate it anyway. "Hey, I'm not hungry anymore!" Rainbow dash cheered, I felt satisfied with my work. Rainbow dash's face turned pale and she clutched her stomach,"Ugh... I don't feel good..." Rainbow dash groaned, I put my hoof to my chin to think,"Yes. The berry works to set aside hunger but the sickly side effects are still a work in progress..." I admitted, I trotted away to my desk, (they are at a lab) the one where I keep my potions. And picked up one specific one with my magic, I levitated it over to Rainbow dash,"Here, this should make you feel better. I know the berry made you feel bad, but this makes the feeling go away. I'm just trying to figure out how to add that special liquid to the berry so it can set aside hunger while not making anypony sick to their stomachs..." I explained, Rainbow dash had drank the whole bottle of it as I was talking. She wrapped her hoof around my neck,"Work, work, work! Can't you lay off of it and chill for once?" Rainbow asked, she was whining slightly."Well I do prefer to take work seriously, my dear. But I can 'chill' whenever I want." I huffed, Rainbow dash looked unamused again,"Really? Than why don't you take time away from this lab and come chill with me at sugar cube corner?" Rainbow dash asked with a flirty smile,"I'd love to, but I have more things to get done." I replied,"Prove it." Rainbow dash huffed, I rolled my eyes and led her to all my unfinished gizmos and gadgets. "Is that enough evidence for you?" I asked, a little annoyed. She looked defeated, she sighed,"Fine! I'll just go there with Pinkie or somepony." Rainbow dash huffed, her expression softened when her eyes met mine. She brushed my cheek gently,"Just promise me you'll get some rest, you look really tired.... and I don't want my love being exhausted.." Rainbow dash mumbled the last part, I blushed slightly,"So you 'love' me, do ya?" I asked, I had an idea. "Mabey!" Rainbow dash snapped, doing her best to hide her blush. I smirked,"Prove it....."
