Ashley's POV.
"Fuck"
"What? What's wrong?"
"Nash.."
"Yeah? Melissa? Hello Melissa are you alive?"
I followed the direction her eyes were staring at.
And saw it.
Nash kissing the one and only Claire, I mean what the hell?
One day she's kissing Toby and now Nash, is she like a kissing machine for God's sake?"Hey Ashley, you okay?"
I turned my head Melissa's way. "Yep, why wouldn't I be?"
"Come on don't act not irritated."
"Irritated? Why would I be? I need to drink, I'll go grab some booze"
"Ashley I don't really think this is a good idea."
"Too bad, that means I'm drinking alone."
And with that I headed to my kitchen, and got some alcohol down my system.
------------------------------------
"WHAAAAT'S UP PEOPLEEE" I screamed my lungs out.
"Ashley? you're okay?"
I turned around to find Nash looking at me worriedly.
"And why wouldn't I be?"
"Ashley come with me" he grabbed my hands and in seconds we were in my room.
"HEYY! take your hands off me"
'Ashley what happened? You're acting weird."
"I'm fine" I tried to walk away from him but he grabbed my hands again and stopped me in my tracks.
"What's wrong? Tell me."
I laughed my heart out at that question.
"You know, it's funny how everyone's asking this question today. Wanna know what's wrong with me? Hmm, let's see, my mom died. I'm so fucking distant from my dad, I have no idea what I'm having second guesses with College, with my career, my boyfriend cheated on me, and doesn't fucking leave me alone! The same bitch who got my boyfriend like a ring around her finger was kissing my best friend minutes ago, today's my birthday, but I'm dreading it. So do you see what's wrong with me now?"
"Ashley.. I'm sorry for everything"
"So am I" I got my hands out of his grasp and ran downstairs and outside the house to the street.
But I was to drunk to stop when a car came rushing at me and hit me.
-------------------
I woke up to a white walls, beeping of machines, and a couple of recognizable faces.
"Oh Ashh Bear!"
"Hey Mel, what happened?"
"You were hit by a car, but lucky you, got nothing but a broken leg and a concussion"
"What's lucky about that?"
"Ashley you were hit by a car, not a bear, so you're so damn lucky" Melissa replied.
"You're only lucky the car wasn't sprinting" another voice spoke.
I turned to find Nash standing about a feet away. I didn't want to reply, I don't know why I was so pissed of with him, it wasn't like he committed a crime or anything but I was taking most of my anger on him for some unknown reason.
"I called your Dad and told him everything that has happened, he said he'll try to come as fast as he could, but he said he might not be able to be here before his work is done, he said he's sorry" Melissa said.
"He always is" I whispered.
"What?" Melissa asked.
"Never mind. When will the hospital let me out?"
"In an hour they said. My aunt is taking care of anything don't worry, my dad called her and she said she'll take care of you until he's back" Nash said.
"Okay, thank you. Where's everybody?"
"Hanna, Jessica, Jake and Andrew are taking care of the house and trying to clean it up as much as I can."
"I just love you guys"
"We do too! We're all crashing at your house for the next week to not leave you alone" Melissa said
"I owe you guys big time"
"You bet you do"
"Shut up"
"Oh Ash Bear why so mean?" Melissa teased
I gave her a death glare to make her shut up, and gladly she did.
