Ashley's POV
"Nash, I'm not sure we're ..."
"Shhh, don't say anything, let's stay quiet for a couple more minutes please?" Nash pleaded and so I did as he asked.
We stayed there swaying in each other's embrace for a couple more minutes, I mean sure thing my leg was killing me but laying my head on his chest and hugging him felt right.
I had no clue what was happening, what were we going to become and what was going to go down when we had the talk.
The talk? Ugh I hate it, having to talk to someone you really care about and have an agreement or decide together on what going to happen with your friendship, the most awkward and uncomfortable talk you can ever have with someone..
"I know what you're thinking, and I know what you're going to say so don't worry Ash! Nothing is going to change, we will just stay as we are" and with that Nash detached himself from our embrace and left.
I stayed there staring at the now closed door, thinking of what just happened?
I just had my first fight with Nash, then we kissed, then he left.. Huh?
I slapped myself to make sure I'm not asleep at the same time my siblings walked in the door..
"I mean you can be real moody sometimes but don't slap yourself sis" Ryan said
I blinked a couple times to notice my surroundings before I decided against retorting back at my brother, and so I turned around and went upstairs to my room.
I was so tired to even process the day I just had so I ended falling asleep.

My alarm went off and I opened my eyes to the smell of some delicious pancakes, I washed my face and teeth and changed into a skirt and a black shirt and went downstairs to be greeted with the sight of my dad in the kitchen making us some pancakes, and there stood in front of him Ryan and Leila with their empty plates ready to have their share of pancakes.
"Goodmorning Princess" My dad beamed at me.
"Goodmorning daddy! The pancakes smell delicious" I grinned and took a plate to have my share too
"I have to work till midnight today so I thought I would have breakfast with you guys because I don't think you'll be up when I come home tonight" Dad explained
"Well, nothing is better than some quality time daddy, we love you" Leila said
"Love you too guys, now hurry eat up or you'll be late"
We all ate and chatted a bit before my phone rang and Leo appeared outside, I grabbed my stuff and hurried to the car.
"Goodmorning Ashash" Leo greeted
"Ashash? what's with the chirpy mood?"
"Nothing really, there's this party that I should go to but I don't want to go alone so I thought you would be my date, what do you think?" Leo said casually
"You see this cast? It's a strong reason why I shouldn't go to any more parties this year"
"Dude! This is our senior year, how can you not go to parties this year!" he exclaimed.
"I just don't think I have any fun at parties anymore, I out grown it you know? I tried to explain before getting out of the car and grabbing my stuff to walk to class.
"Grandma? Is that you" he joked
I laughed before slapping his shoulder and saying "Just cut me some slack okay?"
"I will if you come to the party with me?" He tried to reason
"Fine let me think about it, now get to your class and leave me the hell alone" I walked away towards my class to find the one and only Nash in the seat beside me, I sighed and walked to my seat and sat down before Nash talked
"Hey, how are you today?" He awkwardly asked
"I'm good" I was mad at him for walking out on me like he did yesterday so I decided I wasn't going to be very sociable today..
"I wanted to talk to you about yesterday" He said
"Don't, you already said it, nothing happened and nothing changed right?" I stared angrily into his eyes before looking away
"Ash, I didn't mean to.." Nash was cut off by my phone's notification ring
"Hey Ashash, I've decided on your behalf and you'll be my date to tonight's party, be ready at 7 I'm picking you up" a message from Leo appeared on my lock screen, I smiled sheepishly before I flipped my phone over and looked back at Nash to listen to what he was about to say
"So you were saying..?" I asked when I noticed Nash was dozed off staring furiously at the spot where my phone was placed on the desk.
"Forget it" He said before storming off
What the hell? I seriously didn't understand his mood swings, one second he was trying to be nice and the next thing I know he's storming out of the classroom..
Good thing Mr. Campbell wasn't here yet, Nash would've gotten into serious trouble walking out on class like that.
Was it Leo's text that got him this furious? I mean was he jealous? I decided to follow him so we can talk about this like grown ups.
I exited the classroom and walked to where I thought Nash was heading to, the school's courtyard, I was turning left to the courtyard when I saw it, again..
Nash kissing Claire!!
My heart was on fire, my brain stopped working and my body just stood there!
I wanted to run, scream, get out of here and cry my heart out but I couldn't, not again.
I decided to confront him, I stormed towards them and before I knew it I pushed him off her, his eyes were so wide I almost got lost staring at them..
"Ash, I.."
"Don't! Yesterday you said I was your problem, so here I'm telling you not to worry about it, I won't be a problem anymore"
And with that I gave Claire a deserved grave look before I turned around and walked away from them..
I went to the restroom and stared at my reflection, my nose was running, my eyes were red and my cheeks were soaked wet!
What was happening to me? Why was I mad? Was I jealous?
When did I fell in love this hard with Nash?
