The Lion Guard and the Lion( first in series)

Chapter three: Janja vs the Lion Guard

Janja's POV
" Come on! Let's kill this she-lion once and for all!" I called out to my fellow hyenas. This cat is not going to stop me in my tracks! Mufasa and his little cloud friends don't scare me. This Lion Guard and this human girl are the only things in my way. " Yah!" Chungu said. He was very touchy about things. Poor hyena.

Caroline's POV
" Dad? Why did you call us?" Kion asked. " Please tell me it isn't about that, ' Can you feel the love tonight,' stuff again! I already told you before, that I already knew about all that mushy stuff!" Kion meowed.

" No, there is an outsider in the Pride Lands!" Simba growled, pointing a paw at me. I didn't know cats could point! That's something I should tell my friends!

" Oh!" Kion squeaked. " Your job, is to let her into the Lion Guard! I want to see if she speaks the truth!" Simba mewed. " Of course dad!" Simba said. Simba turned tail, and told me to sit. What am I? An animal? Oh right! I am one!

Kion pressed a paw against my fur. The Lion Guard symbol was painted in my fur. I smiled. Kion smiled back. " Now, this was my dad's idea, not mine!" Kion said, and I could hear a slight purr in his voice.

Janja's POV
We all edged closer and closer, and started to leap out, and slash at gazelles, hopefully, that human can't resist to help these poor creatures! The other hyenas were at my tail, and they bit, clawed, and body slammed with me.

Caroline's POV
I heard a loud gazelle call. Janja! I realized. He and his little squad of hyenas were killing all the gazelles. " Lion Guard!" Ono squawked. " I know! I saw! Janja and his followers, are disturbing the circle of life!" I growled, and raced ahead.

Fuli followed. " Don't think just cause you're in the Lion Guard, doesn't mean that I will respect you!" Fuli growled, panting a little. " You don't have to! See yah!" I purred, racing ahead of Fuli, and I leaped on Janja.

Janja grinned at me. " This is our fight, little human!" Janja taunted. How did he know? Janja sunk his claws in my fur. I yowled with pain.

He thrusted me at a tree. The world around me spinned, but I got up. I was fierce, and brave, and strong, and very good at spotting things, I was fast, and I was one thing none of the hyenas here weren't. A Pokémon in my own ways.

I leaped on Janja once more, and sank my fangs into his neck, like a warrior cat. He shrieked. Mzingo tried to peck me with his beak, but I did a little flip, and he smashed Janja instead. It all ended, when Kion used the roar.

The hyenas were so terrified. They all pelted past me, and before Janja left, he growled," I will kill you, human! That's you and Kion's only difference! You are, and will always be a human! Nothing can change that!"

The Lion Guard surrounded me. " Wow! I'd never seen anyone so fast and strong at once!" Ono commented. " Yah! That was Zoka Zumba!" Bunga added. " And you defeated Janja!" Kion said. The only one who was not celebrating, was Fuli.
