Caroline's POV
We bounded towards Pride rock as fast, well, Fuli and I were running fast, as we can. The others were shouting at us to slow down, we didn't. I ended up running over Nala by accident and Fuli ended up crushing Kiara.

" Woah! What's the rush, guard?" Simba said. " Dad. I know Janja and his clan are evil doers, but this hyena is not," Kion said, and nudged Jasiri to talk. All the animals here gasped at seeing a hyena still in the Pridelands. Oh don't be so surprised! I thought, flexing my claws. I was nervous. This could go two ways.

Jasiri meet Simba's eyes. And yes, I don't want to address him as a king, because I know him. He might not know me, but I know him a little.

She started to talk. She explained that most hyenas respect the circle of life. And that they clean up what's left of what the lions and so on eat. Simba was hard to read. I couldn't tell whether he believed her or not, so I took over.

" King Simba, she saved my life from Janja and his herd," I spoke loud for all to hear, and it was very embarrassing. Simba looked at me. Then swung his proud head to Kion. " yes she's telling the truth father," Kion purred.

" Ok! I have decided. That she will be allowed. But I can't say the other animals here will like it," Simba roared. I nodded. " That's ok! Sisi ni sawa. I can prove it," Jasiri rumbled. " I hope so. And you say her name is...." Simba started. " My name is... My name is Jasiri!" She laughed. Simba nodded, and for once, there was no prejudice.
