You are walking down a deserted street when you notice a group of tough looking men walking towards you.
"Why are they coming?" You ask yourself, looking around the alleyway, scared.
"Look she’s all alone" One of the men around you says to his friends.
They all surround you and you look down, scared.
"She’s cute…" Another says, coming in front of you and catching a strand of your hair in his hand.
You run through a small gap between them, running around the closest corner with one of the men chasing you. You bump into someone who holds your arms and you strike out, thinking its one of them.
"Let go!" You say, looking up at the boy who is holding you still. He lets go in surprise but you don't run away from him.
"Why? What’s wrong?" He asks, looking at you, worried. The one who had followed you comes around the corner and grabs your wrist, dragging you back into the alley.
"Yah! Let go!" You shout out, struggling in his grasp.
"Leave her alone!" He also shouts out, pushing his arm away from yours. The man draws back to punch the boy but he is too fast and fights him easily. You hide your face in your hands as they fight.
"Hey, are you okay?" The boys asks, holding on to your shoulders and looking at you.
"Y-yes" You nod. He hugs you and since you were still in shock you hug him back.
"Will…you come with me? I will buy you food to make you feel better" He asks, smiling at you.
"Okay..."
After a few months of knowing each other you become friends, hanging out together often.
" _____-Ah, do you remember when we first met?" He asks you, smiling happily.
"Yes _______, you saved me"
"I knew it when I first saw you"
"Knew what?"
"That I had fallen for you "
" …_______…"
"It’s alright _____-ah, I know you don’t like me"
"No!! I like you… "
"What? Really?!" He hugs you tightly before looking at you again.
"Will you be my girlfriend??"
"Yes~" You agree happily, hugging him again.
