"What's this?" Kris picks up one of the many things I am chucking in the trolley, looking at the label on the food before looking at me questioningly.
"Stuff" I answer, looking around the shelves around me. We are grocery shopping, getting all our food for the next week and a few treats.
"Why do we need it?"
"Because I want it" Kris doesn't argue with me, placing it back into the trolley and following after me again. After a while of wandering the isles, we come to the frozen section. I pick up a tub of ice cream and place it in the trolley, before getting another. And another.
"How much ice cream do you need!?"
"All of it!"
"You're such a kid" Kris comments, pulling me away from the frozen and wrapping a long arm around my shoulders to keep me by his side.
"Like you wouldn't eat all that ice cream with me" I counter and he just smiles and looks away, tightening his arm around me. It continued like this, me trying to get more than too much food and Kris trying to keep me from the isles we have already been to.
"Just.....Stay" Kris looks like he is dealing with an over energetic puppy, trying to keep me still but unsure how. Kris locks me between him and the trolley handle, his chest against my back and his arms on either side on of.
"Look!" I point at a stand of chocolate, and Kris raises his eyebrows, glancing at the small pile already in the trolley.
"No"
