"Where is He" I say, annoyed as I sit down at the table in the kitchen. As if on cue I hear a knock at the door and I roll my eyes.
"About time" I mutter and open the door for Kris. When I open the door he looks at me before smiling as if something was funny.
"Are you ready? We'll be late to school if you're too late" I tell him, and he smirks.
"We'll be late anyway" He says, walking inside.
"Why? Kris!" I say, closing the door and following him to my room.
"You still need to get ready" He says, going through some of my draws.
"Why?" I ask and he looks to me. He walks to me and leans near my ear.
"Your still in you pyjamas" He says and I freeze.
"I... am?" I say, looking down. I was still in my three quarter singlet and shorts that I slept in. My mouth falls open before I push Kris out of my room and quickly get changed. Outside the room Kris is smiling, leaning on the door as he waits for me. I emerge from my room dressed and Kris looks me up and down.
"Ready now?" He asks, smiling and I hit his arm playfully.
"Yes, Lets go" I say, leaving him behind as I go to the door. Kris follows me out and shuts the door as I start walking down the street without him. He catches up quickly, hooking his arm around my neck playfully. I shrug him off and pout but start smiling when I see Kris smile at me.
"Will I get to see you in your pyjamas tomorrow too?" Kris jokes and I shake my head.
"Once in a life time experience" I respond.
"Aw but I want my girlfriend to sleep over" He says, winking.
"Don't get to far ahead, you don't even have a girlfriend" I remind him and he takes my hand, swinging it back and forth as we walk.
"I might soon"
