I look around the dark room filled with dancing and drinking people, noticing a guy sitting with a large group at a couch. He notices me looking at him and offers a small smile. I smile back and continue my work as a bar tender.

"Vodka lemonade please babe" Some dude asks, winking at me. I could smell the alcohol coming off him but do what I'm known for. I smile at him and go get his drinks. I get bonus pay at the end of the night if I am nice to the customers, even the drunk ones.

"Am I allowed to call you babe too or is it only drunk men who can?" I turn and see the guy that smiled at me before.

"Only the drunk ones sorry" I say, smiling. He sits at the bar in front of me and watches me as I take another person's order.

"Can I have a coke?" He asks once I'm finished and I laugh softly.

"No alcohol?" I say, getting his drink for him. I put it in front of him and he smiles.

"No, I don't really like it" he says, taking a drink.

"Can I get you anything else?" I ask, leaning on the bar since I had no other customers around.

"Hmm, your number and the time you get off work" He says, looking at me happily. I pause, thinking before shrugging and telling him.

"I'll wait for you" He says, smiling and walking away again. The guys around him seem to tease him when I watch him go back to his seat.

At the end of my shift I grab my jacket and walk out from behind the bar.

"Finished work?" He appears beside me.

"Yes" I say, smiling.

"Do you want to get some coffee?"

"Sure" We walk outside into the cold night and walk to a nearby coffee shop.

"So what's your name? I don't think its babe right"" he asks, realizing he didn't know it already.

"_______ and you?"

"(Bias Name)" He responds. We order hot drinks and talk for a while. He ends up sitting next to me so that we could talk easily without being overly loud. I take a sip of my drink and he stares at me.

"What" I say, wiping my mouth self-consciously. He shakes his head slightly, smiling.

"You didn't get it" He says, wiping off some cream with his napkin. I blush a little, wondering how I could've missed it when I see him lean forward and kiss me. Our lips were warm from the drinks and the kiss was sweet, lasting a few seconds.

"That was really cliché" I point out, thinking of the many dramas that base their kiss scenes on that moment.

"I guess it was" We laugh, enjoying the moment.

"You knew it was" I say, rolling my eyes before kissing him shortly again.
