You were at the mayor's house, and before you start jumping to conclusions no you didn't do anything wrong. In fact you were there because you best friend is the mayor's son, you guys were going to work on your science project for school. You guys had been partnered up luckily enough, Mary Margaret had said that the project was do on Friday- which was tomorrow- and you guy still hadn't got anything done. So because of that Regina decided that it would be a good idea for you guys to work on it at her and Henry's house this way she could check up on you guy every now and then and make sure you guys were still working and help you guys stay on track. So that's how you ended up here in sitting in the Evil Queen's living room with her son trying to come up with an idea for a science project. The day Mary Margaret had assigned the project she had also handed out a list of ideas to ether choice from or to help give you an idea of something you could do. You and Henry had decided that neither of you like any of the ideas on the paper but you also couldn't think of anything else to do instead.
"We could just make a baking soda volcano." You said with a bored tone in your voice while giving the piece of paper with a list of ideas in your hand a blank look.
"No, that's to over done." Henry replied with the same bored tone in his voice.
"Well the what are we supposed to do then?" You asked with a sigh as you let you hand drop to your side letting go of the piece of paper once your hand reached the floor.
"I don't know, here let me see the paper." Henry said turning on his side and holding out his hand for you to give him a paper. You turned on your side to face him without saying a word as you handed him the paper to look at. After a few minutes of Henry reading the paper in silence he huffed and turned back onto his back throwing the piece of paper onto the floor in frustration. You sat up with a sigh and faced the coffee table and picked up your pencil putting the end of it to your lips while knitting your brows together in concentration. After a while of trying to think of something to make you felt someones eyes on you and broke away from your train of thought to see what it was. You looked over at Henry to see him already looking at you with his arms folded one over the other with his head resting on top of them.
"What?" You asked moving you pencil away from you lips while giving him a questioning look.
"Nothing it's just you concentration face is really cutie." He said with a small smile and a bit of a chuckle at the beginning.
"We should try and think of something to do for the project, your mom will be here soon to see what we've got done and she'll be mad if we don't have anything done." You say stuttering a bit and looking away with a blush coating you cheeks choosing to ignore what he just said. The next thing you know Henry is next to you holding your chin between his pointer finger and thumb.
"I think you look cute all the time even when your not making you concentration face." Henry said smiling a little bit a the small blush the spread across your cheeks that he thought was adorable. Before you could do anything he placed a light kiss on your lips to which you responded to almost immediately. Before anything else could happen Regina came into the room to see how much work you and Henry had gotten done, you and Henry pulled away quickly just before she could see.
"Well what have you gotten done so far?" She asked with a business like tone in her voice.
"Actually we're haven't started yet." Henry said in a clam voice.
"Well then what have you two been doing this whole time?" Regina ask a sightly annoyed tone hidden in her voice.
"We've been trying to decided what we want to do for the project." Henry said giving you a knowing look as you smiled and looked away turning away to look at your blank piece of paper still smiling.
"Well why do you two just make a baking soda volcano or something." Regina said making you laugh and Henry groan.
