I asked before inhaling smoke. "I was but if you want a beer, I'll get you a beer." I smiled gently, "Its okay baby I'll just wait until the pina coladas are ready. " She smiled gently at me, "Dad? Beer?" She asked, "Pina colada sounds good to me Amethyst." He said, "Okay I'll be right back. Dad are you joining us for dinner?" Gerard lit a cigarette of his own, "That sounds great." "Fuck." I opened the sliding door and inhaled some more smoke. "Why'd you do that?!" I hissed closing the sliding door behind me. "He's my dad!" She hissed turning on blender. I inhaled more smoke and then burnt out the cigarette and stepped toward my girlfriend. She shut off the machine and looked at me, "You know how I feel about everything babe why are you putting me in this position?" "Frank, he is my father! He showed up I can't just shoo him away!"
