It will work, but it depends on your detachedness. Your Aquarius moon will kind of break away from the Taurus and the Taurus will feel quite unloved. Taureans hate to be felt that way.
But with your passionate Virgo sun, I'm pretty sure it will work out well.
If they show some kind of coldness towards you and are giving you space, it is one of the signs that they like you.
Other than that, be yourself, show your smart side and it will probably work. Give it a chance and go for it! If it didn't work, it's okay. There will always be a better person :)
