(I'm not dead. Still alive and as busy as ever. Show Choir, Theater, Student Council. But there has also been a lot of death in my family lately and I have been to busy to write. So thanks for sticking with my story this far! I never knew I would be this much of a hit and thankful for all of you that follow me.)
Magnus sat back down on the golden sofa, his boyfriend brushing his teeth getting ready to go to sleep. It's been a rough day of trying to convince the boy to wear color, instead of the black and white color scale. But the Shadowhunter was naturally attracted to two of the three colors. So Magnus gave up on doing it together and Magnus stashed an entire bag of clothes in Alec's size and what would probably be his style; plain.
"Alec dear," he called out. "Can you come here when you are done?" A muffled response was said and Magnus waited. When the Shadowhunter came out without a shirt and low riding black sweatpants, Magnus almost regretted buying more clothes for him.
"Can you try these on?" He dumped the bag full of shirts, pants, and sweaters on the couch. Alec's face paled as he saw the arrangements of clothing.
"Why?" He asked panicked.
"Because you need more color in your life. Black and grey isn't healthy. Now, blue or red first." Magnus held up to long sleeve shirts in those colors. Alec looked between the two in panic before he started to cry.
Magnus placed the shirts back down and walked over to his boyfriend.
"What's wrong?" Alec looked over and took a deep breath.
"I'm color blind Magnus," he said softly. "I can see colors like black and white, but the other colors are unknown to me." Magnus gasped in shock. "When I was younger and had I learn the colors of demons, I couldn't tell which one the red ones where or the green ones so I had to learn to advance my knowledge on more specific appearance."
"But you were able to tell what my eye color was, or what color I dyed my hair?" Asked Magnus.
"Isabelle described you to me. Another reason I was so interested in you. You seemed so colorful, but I could never see it. I never wanted to tell you, especially since that I learned how pocky you are on your styles." The tears stopped, but Magnus grabbed the Shadowhunter and embraced him.
"You think that I won't like you because you couldn't see my clothes?" Magnus smiled. When he felt Alec nod, he smiled. "That just makes me love you more you stupid Nephilim. It means you don't care about my appearance. You love me for me."
"You are good looking, which is a bonus, but I thought you knew I loved for more then that."
"I never doubted it." Alec pulled away from Magnus and kissed him, keeping his arms wrapped around his neck.
"Now, what are you gonna do with all those clothes?" Alec asked when he pulled away.
"Return them, but tomorrow." He dropped his robe, leaving his skin bare and naked for Alec to see. "I want to do something without clothes."
