Alec laid on the golden sofa in Magnus's apartment. Chairmen Meow was curled up on Alec's stomach as he was reading a book Magnus suggested. He told him that it was a book about the vampire and werewolf conflict, but with a few changes.
"A few changes my ass," he mumbled as he read that Edward sparkled in the light of the sun. He closed the book-after placing his bookmark between the pages-and pulled the Chairmen up so he was laying on his chest.
Magnus burst through the door, throwing a handful of glitter over everything. Alec jumped to his feet, knocking Chairmen Meow on the glitter covered floor.
"Happy Summer Solstice, Alexander," he yelled, dancing around in circles. He jumped into Alec's arms, and kissed him hard on the lips.
"Magnus, I'm glad that your happy," said Alec, failing to brush the glitter of his black sweater. "But don't you ever cover me with glitter again!" He pushed Magnus off him, and he saw what he was wearing. A black tank top with a blue flam design, blue and green swim trunks, and hot pink sandles. "What are you doing dressed like that," he asked.
"We are going to the beach," Magnus spoke as he snapped his fingers. A red and purple beach bag appeared in front of Alec fully packed. Inside was two beach towels, one green, the other blue. Also was one of Magnus's favorite blankets two bottles of sun screen and tanning oil. "I think going to the beach is a great way to celebrate the Summer Solstice."
"You really love to party, don't you?" Playfully asking Magnus as he snapped the glitter off everything but him.
"No one knows me better," he said as he snapped his fingers again. Alec looked down and saw he was wearing blue swim trunks and black sandle, but not a shirt.
"Magnus, get me a shirt," he demanded, crossing his arms over his chest, trying to cover himself.
"Fine," he moaned as he snapped a bright blue tank top with angle wings on it.
"Thanks Magnus," he said, kissing Magnus at the bridge of his nose.

Alec sat on the blanket, reading one of his own books.
To Kill a Mockingbird, by Harper Lee.
It was one of the only books that the Lightwoods have let enter their library that isn't Demon hunting related. He's read the book before, and it was his favorite. He'd compare to Tom Robinson every time he'd read it. They way he was born the way he was, and never could be accepted in that society.
Magnus laid beside him, covered in tanning oil. He'd put a glamour on both of them so he looked like he'd have a bellybutton and green eyes, while Alec runes looked like they'd disappear.
"Let's go swim," said Magnus, pulling himself up. Alec sighed, putting his book down and pulling off the blue tank top.
"I told you you wouldn't need that shirt," smirked Magnus as he raced into the water. Alec followed in pursuit, stopping as a small wave covered his feet in ice cold water.
"Shit," he yelled, getting stared at by mothers nearby with their children leaving for the night. Magnus popped out of the water, his make up not smudging, but his hair was cleared of all glitter, and hung low on his shoulders.
"Want me to warm it up for you?" He asked. Alec nodded, and blue sparks flew from the warlocks fingers. Alec walked further into the ocean and found it quite warm.
"Thanks Magnus," he said as Magnus picked him up bridal style. Alec laughed and tried to push himself out of Magnus's grip, but the warlock had other plans.
Magnus started to suck at the sensitive part of Alec's neck. Whenever he did that, he only felt Magnus's lips on him. For awhile, Alec moaned with pleasure until Magnus detached himself and smiled. He smiled at Alec as he realized, he had no shorts on.
"Magnus," he yelled as the warlock started to laugh as he rose the blue swimtrunks. Alec was grateful that it was now late and there was no one around to see it. "This isn't a nude beach," he said as he lunged toward Magnus, who already moved to the shore.
"No, it's not," he said as he pulled out his phone. "That's were I sent your friends." He clicked on something and showed Alec, who's ran on land and quickly wrapped the blue beach towel around his waist. He chocked at what he saw.
Clary had herself pressed against Jace, and Isabelle had her arm around Simon, who had his arm awkwardly around her waist. They were all naked and Alec could see, everything on everybody.
"You sent them there?" He asked, but couldn't help but laugh.
"Yeah," said Magnus as he slipped off his trunks and wrapped the green towel around his waist. "I told them about are trip to the beach and they wanted to come, so I told them to go to the nude beach and I guess they fell for it."
"You really did that for me?" Asked Alec, laughing between words.
"I really did, and I wanted to see your friends bodies. Ever since Simon became a Shadowhunter, he's became good looking," joked Magnus as Alec rolled his eyes.
"Your not going to dump me for him, will you?" He asked, batting his eyes, trying to look adorable.
"I'm pretty sure he won't fall for me," sighed Magnus. Alec punched him in the arm, and kissed him.
"I love you, Magnus."
"And I love you, Alexander," said Magnus as he started to pull Alec home for another Summer Solstice surprise that only he and Alec could enjoy.
