"You're my soulmate, my best friend, my happy ending and my second chance. Without you I wouldn't be half the man I am today. I can't live without you and I want you to be mine. I want us to grow old together and have tons of children. I want to wake up to your beautiful smile and contagious laughter. Regina, I love you so much. I love you more than anyone can ever imagine. With that off my chest, will you marry me?" Robin says while holding Regina's shaking hands.
Regina was bawling her eyes out. She couldn't even stand straight. She was so surprised when Robin proposed to her. She never thought that her happy ending would ever be delivered to her.
"Of course I'll marry you Robin." She said with a shaky voice. Robin got up from one knee and engulfed her in his arms. Her happy tears had soaked his shirt within minutes.
"Robin, I love you." Regina whispered into his ear. He hugged tighter and kissed her cheek. They separated after a while and turned their attention to the sunset.
Robin decided to purpose to her on the beach because they first met there. On that chilly Saturday Regina wanted to be resilient and go surfing. Let's just say her first time on the board wasn't successful. The handsome lifeguard just so happened to be watching her and he pulled her back to shore.
Regina had drowned and Robin had to resuscitate her. When she awoken to the lips of a stranger she was rather appalled but found him very attractive.
They started dating after that day and made it a tradition to walk on the beach for their anniversary. So, today on a random day Regina was quite confused as to why he took her here.
Regina recalls this as she sits on the sand with Robin. Their hands were tightly clasped together and both stared at the stars.
"Babe, do you see this group of stars?" He says while pointing west of the north star.
"Yes, it's very beautiful. Do you happen to know its name?" She asks as she wraps her arm around his torso.
"That's the Regina constellation. It's named after one of the most beautiful woman in the world." He say as he cuddles closer with her.
"Robin Locksley, did you name a constellation after me?" Regina says not believing a word he says.
"Yes I did. I just got the papers yesterday confirming it." He says before pulling the certificate out the picnic basket.
Regina grabbed the paper from his hand and started to intently read it. Another wave of tears spewed from her eyes and onto the paper.
"Robin, I don't know what to say. This is amazing!"
"No, you're amazing and a simple thank you would suffice."
"You're amazing thank you." She says as he places a kiss on her lips.
"I love you more than the stars." Robin whispers into her ear.
"I know you do." She says as she snuggles into his side and stares at the moon.
"Mrs.Regina Locksley has a nice ring to it don't you think?"
"Yes, it certainly does. I can't wait to be your wife and to have you as my husband."
"The day your my wife is the day my life is complete."
***** (6 months later)
Regina was sitting in her new living room admiring her ring. She just moved into Robin's house and she absolutely loved living with her husband. It was amazing to wake up and fall asleep everyday with him by her side.
