Regina One Shots

Putting The Pieces Together

So this is a one shot about Regina going back to the town line after Robin left and she'll be taping the pieces of page twenty-three back together. I have absolutely no plans for this one shot so let's hope it's good.

She was an absolute mess when she exited her vault at around midnight. Her soulmate just left her and all she could think about was the last kiss they shared. He held her face securely and kissed her red lips like it was the last thing he would ever do. It was slow and desperate and every little part of her heart broke into a million of pieces that only her soulmate could put back together.

Her salty tears blinded her as she walked down the small roads of Storybrooke. She walked past Granny and saw the lights on and inside she saw Granny serving Grumpy his millionth beer tonight. She wiped her tears and then continued walking to her destination.

She was in her vault since he left and all she has done was cry, drink her sorrows away and trashed her vault. Throughout the whole ordeal she felt beyond guilty for ripping up that page from the story book. It was a possibility of her love with Robin expressed in a hand drawn photo. She ripped it up and threw it in the wind like it meant nothing to her when it meant everything.

Regina slowly walked up to the town line and a new wave of tears ran down her cheeks. She choked back a few sobs before composing herself a little and looking down at the ground. She saw the first piece of the picture she ripped and picked it up slowly. Her fingers ran over it softly as her tears hit the paper.

"Oh, I'm so weak." Regina mumbled to herself as she kept bending down to pick up all of the pieces of the picture she ripped up.

Once she had all of the pieces in her hand she took the tape that was in her coat pocket and gently. She looked down at with teary eyes as she looked at the tapped and jagged edges of the paper. She looked up at the town line and looked at the spot her soulmate was just hours before.

"Robin?" She whispered softly to herself when she saw someone walking towards the town line.

She saw his face and like hers it was filled with tears. It looked like he had cried for hours just like she had. She walked up to the town line and her hand gently touched the magic shielding the town from the outside world. As if sensing her presence Robin looked up and his gaze immediately pulled at her heart strings.

"Robin, come back to me." Regina whispered into the air as she pushed her hand through the curse surrounding this town.

"Regina?" Robin asked, his voice cracking as he saw a part of her hand appear out of nowhere.

Robin ran up to her hand and held it softly in his own.Once he felt that it was her it took him a few seconds to pull her through the curse and have engulfed in his arms. He held as tightly as he could and nuzzled his head into her neck, smelling the vanilla scent he thought was lost to him forever.

"Robin, I-"

"I love you, Regina." Robin said interrupting her and smashing his lips against hers.

They held onto each desperately as they kissed each other as passionate as they could. Robin showed all of his love and emotion to Regina into that one kiss. She pulled away from him first and he gave her soft smile. She returned the smile and hugged him tightly, her head snuggling into his strong chest.

"I love you too. Thank god you came back." Regina whispered into him as he rubbed her back soothingly.

"I would be a damn fool to leave such a gorgeous woman who happens to be my soulmate." Robin replied as he hugged her tightly and this time he would never let go of her.
