David walked into the house late and sighed as he took off his shoes. He took his badge off his belt and placed it on the table. He yawns as he walks up the stairs and into his bedroom. He opens the door to see Regina laying in bed, his back towards him. He was going to walk into the bathroom until her hears a low cry.

"Regina, are you alright?" David asks as he walks over to her.

"I'm fine." Regina says with a small sniffle.

"Just tell me." David says as he sits next to her and puts a hand on her shoulder.

"You're never home anymore and Henry never visits me. I'm always alone." Regina says as she starts crying again.

David takes off his shirt and climbs in next to her. She turns around and buries her head in his chest. David smiles down at her as he wipes her tears. He holds her tightly as he whispers sweet things in her ear.

"Regina, calm down. I'm not going to leave you. Not today, not tomorrow, not ever. I love you so much and I'll make time for you. You deserve every second of my undivided attention, sweetheart." David says and Regina smiles.

"You'll make more time for me?" Regina asks with a teary gaze.

"Always, I love you and you deserve all of my time. Just remember we always have right now. I'll make up for all the times I haven't been here." David says as he kisses Regina's forehead.

"I love you, David." Regina says with a small smile. "You take such good care of me and you love me so much. I'm so happy you love me."

"Of course I love you. Why wouldn't I love you?" David asks and Regina sighs as she moves his hand over her stomach.

"I'm pregnant." She whispers, scared of his reaction and what he'll do.

"Really?" David asks with tears in his eyes. "I can't believe it!"

"Is that a bad thing?" Regina asks with tears in her eyes.

"No, I love this. I'm going to love our child. We're having a child!" David says as he smiles widely.

"You're not mad?" Regina asks making sure she wasn't reading him wrong.

"No, why would I be mad? I'm going to be a father again and we're going to be parents!" David says and Regina chuckles.

"I didn't think that you would be so happy." Regina says and David raises an eyebrow.

"Why would you think that?" David asks.

"I wasn't sure how you felt about me. I know you love me but I didn't know if we had a future together." Regina says as she looks down.

"Reggie, this baby is our future." David says as be brings her into a kiss.

"Since this baby is our future. Can I get some hot coco with cinnamon? I've been craving it all day." Regina says and David laughs.

"Let's go together. I don't want to leave you." David says as he helps her out of bed. "I love you, Regina."

"Great to know." Regina says with a laugh. "I love you, too." Regina says and David wraps her in his arms. He smiles as he rubs her small bump. This was their future together.
