Author's Note: Okay, maybe I kinda lied. This chapter isn't HookedQueen. I just had this as a draft for a long time so I just finished it. I do promise that the next will be HookedQueen.

Regina was completely and utterly exhausted. She has been treated like an animal as she performed endless tasks for her boss, Mr.Gold. He never takes any of her feelings in mind and she is sick and tired off it. Alas, she is too tired at the moment to argue with him.

She shuffles out of the tall building and drags herself towards the car. Once she's in the car she places her head on the cool steering wheel. This is the only moment of peace that she has had in about a week. She sighs as she lifts her head and drives herself home.

Somehow she manages to get home without falling asleep at the wheel. She practically runs into her house, not seeing the moving van parked at the house next door. She kicks off her heels with a relieved sigh.

"I'm home." She says to herself as she puts down her purse.

She heads upstairs barefoot and walks right into her room. It takes her at least five minutes to change into her pajamas and fall into bed. Her head gracefully hits the pillow and she is out like a light in less than fives minutes.

A knock on the door interrupts the beauty from her sleep. She bolts upright from her bed with a groan. She turns to the side and sees her reflection, hair sticking to her face, indentations on her skin and slob dripping out her mouth. All indications that she was having a great nap, that was ruined by a knock on her door.

She literally rolls out of her bed and gracefully falls on the floor. She gets up with a groan and shuffles over to the front door. She finally reaches it and opens it abruptly. The door opens to reveal a very, very handsome man. He has gorgeous blonde hair, muscles that are showed off by his muscle tank, intoxicating blue eyes and a beard that Regina wants to touch, badly.

"I'm sorry to interrupt you. I just moved in next door and I haven't got the chance to go shopping. I just need some sugar." He says with a smile that shows off dimples that Regina stares at.

"Umm, sure." She says in a raspy tone. "Follow me." She says and the handsome man follows her into her house.

"You have a very nice house Mrs.-?" He says waiting for her to tell him her name.

"Call me Regina and It's Ms.Mills I'm not married." She says once she enters the kitchen.

"I thought a beauty like yourself would be married. It really surprises me that you're not seeing anyone." The man says and Regina chuckles.

"I'm not as charming as you are. What's your name?" She says as she opens a cupboard.

"My name is Robin." He says with a smile. Regina goes on the tip of her toes so she can reach the sugar.

"Here's some sugar. You can just take all of it since I really don't need it." Regina says with a small smile.

"What's the matter Regina? I just met you and I can already tell that something is wrong. So, what is it?" Robin asks and Regina scoffs.

"It's just my boss was being his usual ass self today and treated me like crap. Oh, and I am really tired. I was asleep when you knocked." Regina says and Robin nods.

"I'm sorry that I ruined your sleep." Robin says and Regina smiles.

"It's okay really. I'm glad I answered the door." Regina says as she sits on the kitchen stool.

"I'm sorry about your boss as well. He shouldn't treat you like that. You seem like a great woman." Robin says as he brushes a piece of Regina's dark hair out of her face.

"Thank you Robin." Regina says with a smile.

"Well, I have to go and make some dinner. Would you like to join me later?" Robin asks and Regina's heart flutters uncontrollably.

"Sure, that should be great. I'll be over in a while. I guess I'll walk you out." Regina says as she gets off the stool and walks towards the door with Robin following behind.

"I'll see you later." Regina says with a smile as she opens the door.

"I'll be looking forward to it. Can't wait to see you Regina." Robin says as he walks out the door.

Regina leans against the door frame and watches Robin walk to his house. They both give each other a smile before they both go in to their house. What they didn't know is that they both leaned against their door and grabbed their chest, both completely smitten with the other.

Now, Regina isn't one to dress up for random guys but Robin isn't a random guy. She feels a special connection with him. She wants to know everything about him and she wants to see what he's like. She smiles to herself in the mirror. She's never been this excited over dinner for years.

She struts out her house wearing a casual outfit, a plain shirt and a pair of fancy jeans. She walks up the small steps and knocks on Robin's door. The door swings open to reveal the handsome man from earlier.

"Are you feeling any better?" Robin asks her as he motions for her to walk inside the house.

"Just a little. I got some sleep after you left." Regina says as she looks around at his house.

"I'm glad to hear it. I made some baked chicken. It's still in the oven so I was hoping that we could talk over a glass of wine." Robin says and Regina smiles at the mention of wine.

"Sure, that sounds lovely." Regina says as she follows Robin into the kitchen.

Robin motions for Regina to sit at the small table. He grabs two glasses and places them on the table. He exits the room for a few minutes to get the wine. He comes back and pours the wine in the glasses. Regina smiles as he sits down next to her.

"Cheers." Robin says as he lifts his glass.

"Cheers." Regina says as she taps her glass against his.

After they take a well deserved sip of wine they start talking. They talk about almost everything there is to know about the other person. The dinner Robin cooked was momentarily forgotten about but was soon eaten. After about an hour of talking Robin insists that they move to his couch and Regina agrees.

"So, you broke into a store just to steal a pack of gum?" Regina asks with a laugh.

"Desperate times calls for desperate measures." Robin says with a laugh. "I like you Regina." Robin says with a smile.

"I like you too." Regina says and Robin's heart flutters. "I think we'll be great friends." She says and Robin's heart instantly breaks, but not for long.

"No, I like you." Robin says and Regina laughs.

"You said that already." Regina says with a smile.

"Ugh." Robin groans with a frown on his face.

He pulls her into his grasp and smashes his lips against hers. Regina is shocked but extremely pleased by the sudden action. Their lips move in absolute passion. Neither have had a kiss that was as magical as this one. The kiss sadly ends with Regina pulling away.

"Oh, that was pleasant." Regina says and Robin smiles.

"I like you a lot Regina." Robin says with an accent that has Regina weak at the knees.

"I like you too." Regina says with a smile as she brings him back into a kiss.

They kiss for what seems like eternity, an eternity neither of them wanted to end. Sitting there on the couch wrapped in Robin's arms is when Regina realized that she loves the guy next door.
