Regina One Shots

High School

I always wanted to write a story about OutlawQueen and CaptainSwan in high school. I decided to settle with a one shot and maybe one day I'll pursue it. I hope you guys enjoy!

High school is probably the worst years of a teenager's life. There are endless hours of testing, bitchy teachers, sketchy people and of course relationships. Some don't last and others thrive. Storybrooke High just so happened to be ruled by two power couples. Regina and Robin is the smartest of the two. Leaving Emma and Killian to be the amazing cool people who everyone wants to be friends with. Luckily, the two couples became friends and easily took to the throne of Storybrooke High School.

Regina is the most smartest girl in school. She is a mathlete and is the captain of the chess club. She also dabbles in sports such as volleyball, cross country and lacrosse. Her method to handling her crazy schedule and her very annoying mother is still unknown.

Robin is a very talented musician. He plays four instruments quite exceptionally. He has colleges fighting over his unbelievable talent. Also, he is the smartest boy in school. He strives to be the best and usually has competitions with his girlfriend over who is smarter. This couple is a very competitive but they work great together.

Emma is friends with everyone. She prides herself on helping others. She may have a terrible temper at times but she is great at being kind to others. She is captain of several clubs and prides herself on working constant jobs around the clock.

Killian probably would be an outcast if he didn't become friends with the most popular kids in school. He likes to stay out of the way and in the shadows. He is an exceptional guitarist and he writes amazing songs. One time he even wrote a song for his blonde beauty. Emma and Killian are better together because they push each other to achieve greatness.

"Regina Mills and Emma Swan are studying. That is such a sight for sore eyes. Everyone just thought that you guys sleep with the teachers." Marian barks at the pair in the library.

"We all know they favor you so what's the point in trying." Emma says as she flips through her chemistry textbook.

"Nobody cares about what you have to say. You're just a stupid orphan." Marian tries to fire back. Emma was already accustomed to having people call her that and it never fazes her anymore. Regina of course hates people talking to her best friend like that so she intervened.

"If nobody cares about what we say then why are you here?" Regina says as she furiously types away at the keys of her laptop.

"I don't." Marian says and then she knocks over a stack of Regina's textbooks and then tries to make a dramatic entrance.

"What's her problem?" Regina mumbles mostly to herself.

"She's mad because you have Robin and she doesn't. Honestly I would be mad too but I have Killian." Emma says as she closes her book and opens another one.

Regina sighs as she bends down to pick up her books. It's not my fault I have the hottest guy as a boyfriend, she thought. She sets the book back on the round library table. She lays her head on Emma and looks at the book she's reading.

This is the week of midterms and everyone is in sheer panic. Even the smart people have to study. The curriculum at Stotybrooke High is probably the most challenging. This school is only for the gifted and talented. You have to audition just to get in this school and of course everyone wondered how Marian got accepted.
