Knight In Shining Armor

"They don't do you any justice in this movie." Regina says with a laugh as she eats a piece of popcorn.

David hums in agreement and she snuggles close to his chest. Her black hair is sprawled all over the place and her brown eyes are staring at the screen. Her face is different somehow. She's more relaxed and she looks happy to be with him. He wishes they were more than just friends.

"You look great in those tights." She says with another laugh.

She snuggles her head more into his shoulder. David can't do it anymore and he has to kiss her. He uses his hand to lift her chin so she can look at him.

"What?" She asks with her irresistible smile.

He pulls her face closer to his and her eyes flutter closed. He soon meets her warm lips and kisses her gently. She moans as their lips move in time then she suddenly pulls away. She open her eyes to see his loving face. Deep in her chocolate brown eyes David can see that she wants this.

He pulls her back into another kiss with little resistance from her. His hands wrap around her waist as she relaxes into the kiss. Her mouth opens allowing his tongue to slip inside. Her hands move behind his neck as their tongues move in sync. He kisses her swollen lips once again before they both pull away absolutely breathless.

Before David even has the chance to pull her back into another kiss the doorbell rings. He sees that she's still shocked by the kiss so he goes to answer the door. He gets off the couch to go open the door. He swings it open to see a man standing with flowers.

"Robin, what are you doing here?" David asks him and he sees a look of anger on Robin's face.

"I'm here to see Regina. What are you doing here?" Robin asks with confusion in his voice.

"Robin?" Regina says from behind David. She runs a nervous hand through her messed up hair.

"What are you doing here?" She asks as she walks closer to him.

"I came to win you back milady. Do you still even love me?" Robin asks and a pained look appears on her face.

"I can't answer that." She says and David can't help but think that she has feelings for him.

"It's him isn't it?" He asks and he doesn't give her a chance to answer. "I came back all this way for you and you have the nerve to love someone else. You're such an evil bitch." He says and he throws the flowers at her.

"Get out!" David yells at him and he reluctantly leaves.

David turns around to see tears down Regina's cheeks and a small scratch on her chin. He wipes the blood off her chin and engulfs her in a hug. She gently sobs in his arms and it breaks his big heart.

"He isn't worth it." David tells her and then he gives her a soft kiss on her cheek. "No man like that deserves you Reggie." He says as he smooths down her hair. David loves her and he'll protect her no matter what.

Regina hummed a tune to herself as she got ready for bed. She thinks about the times she has shared with her best friend David. Although she feels bad that Snow and Emma didn't make it from the Enchanted Forest she is happy she found love in David.

She exits the bathroom and enters her dark room. She starts walking to her bed but bumps into something hard. Chills run down her spine as she reaches for the light switch of the lamp. She turns it on to reveal Robin.

"What are you doing here?" She asks in a hushed tone.

"I came to win you back. I need you Regina." Robin says and then he kisses her. She breaks out of his grasp and stares at him.

"Are you crazy? I don't love you." Regina says and Robin grabs her by the shoulders.

"Why not?" He asks through gritted teeth. Regina squirms under his touch and is scared by his unRobin like behavior.

"You left me." She whispers and he throws her to the ground.

"That wasn't my choice. I love you." He says as he wipes her tears.

"I'm sorry." She mutters out and Robin nods. "Can you get me some water?" She asks in hopes of distracting him.

"Of course my love." Robin says as he goes out the room.

Regina jumps to her feet and grabs her phone. She sends a frantic text to David asking for his help. She knows he'll get here and she hopes it'll be soon.

"Here's your water." Robin says as he enters the room and startles Regina.

"Thank you." She says as she grabs the glass.

She swiftly throws it at Robin and scratches his face. While he's distracted she runs out the room. Her breathing increases as she thinks of a safe place to go in the house. She thinks of her vault but soon he's right behind her.

"That wasn't very nice." He says as he roughly grabs her arm.

He shoves her against the wall of the hallway and she lets out a scream. He claps a hand over her mouth when he hears the front door open.

"Regina, are you okay?" David says from downstairs.

"Help!" Regina screams as she moves her mouth from Robin's hand. Robin slaps Regina on the side of her face. Quick footsteps can be heard as David runs up the stairs.

"Get away from her!" David says as he pushes Robin up against the wall.

"Why would I do that? She's mine and she belongs to me." Robin says with a smirk that David smacks off his face.

"Get out of here before I call the cops." David says and Robin gets off the wall.

"I'll have her soon, you'll see." Robin says before he runs down the stairs and out the house.

It doesn't take long for David to wrap his arms around Regina. She doesn't cry and she doesn't say anything as she clings for dear life to David's jacket.
