When you woke, you stretched out on the bed. You felt around for Elijah, and your eyes snapped open at his absence.
"Elijah..?" You whispered, rubbing your eyes.
You put on your slippers and walked into the living room.
There, you saw Elijah. He was putting finishing touches on the Christmas tree.
"Elijah?" You whispered.
"What are you doing?" You walked over to him.
"Y/n. Good morning ." He greeted and kissed your lips.
" 'Morning." You smiled.
"And to answer your question, I'm decorating." Elijah smiled.
"I didn't expect you, of all people, to be so excited about Christmas." You smiled and kissed his cheek.
"Well, you put me in the Christmas spirit." Elijah smiled.
You smiled back and kissed his lips passionately.
"The tree looks beautiful." You admired the tree in awe.
"Sure, the Christmas tree looks beautiful, but not half as beautiful as you." Elijah smirked.
"Oh, Elijah! You're so sweet!" You blushed and kissed his lips again.
