You met Katherine while she was a vampire, and you had been walking home during the 1800's.
You were walking home from a long day at school and were exhausted. And then you heard a twig snap behind you, so you turned around to find the source of the sudden noise. There was nothing there.
You were paranoid and grabbed a wooden stake from your bag, which you had in case of emergency.
Another twig snapped causing you to turn around and bump right into a girl. She had tanned skin, veins under her eyes, and curled chocolate hair. She grabbed the stake from your raised hand and raised an eyebrow.
"You know about us?" She questioned, more like stated.
"Yes." You answered in a shaky voice.
"What's your name, love?" She asked, making you blush lightly.
"I'm Y/n, and to explain the stake, I'm very paranoid." You responded, putting your hands in your pockets.
"Well, if you stick with me, you would have no reason to be." she said with a smirk as you squinted your eyes.
"what're you suggesting..."
"Katherine." she finished for you.
"Katherine." you repeated as she sighed.
"Well I'm suggesting that you become mine. And then you shall fear nothing." she said as you twisted your mouth to the side.
"Hymn, I'll take your offer. I shall be your lady." you said in your best British accent, making you both laugh.
