Imagine: Elijah asking you to teach him to play violin, only to get closer to you.
Prompt: 10; "Teach me how to play?"

You were having a really bad day. So many things went wrong, and you felt so exhausted.

Although, you did know the one thing that would make you feel happy. And that was music. Mostly you'd listen to it, but you decided to take out your violin and play.

You grabbed your violin case from your closet, and pulled out your violin and bow. As well as your folder with all your music sheets in them.

Slowly, you began to pull the bow along the strings, feeling the vibrations that hummed along the strings.

Once you got more and more into the music, the faster your playing got.

The sounds of the notes bounced off the walls and back to you.

Your playing was loud, and that was all you heard.

That was, until a throat was cleared.

"Elijah." You whispered as you set down your violin.

"I knocked, and called your name but you didn't hear me. I see why." Your best friend smirked.

"Sorry, I-"

"No need to apologize." Elijah cut off your words.

"Teach me." Elijah spoke as he sat down next to you.

"To play?"

Elijah nodded in response.

You smiled and began to educate Elijah. Little did you know, he could already play. It was just an excuse to get closer to you.

A/n: I actually play the violin in real life. This was kind of fun to write.
