i. ALBUS DUMBLEDORE ONCE SAID [...]
or alternatively titled: THEIR GOLDEN BLACK HEARTS
– WRITTEN: DECEMBER TWENTY-SIXTH, TWO THOUSAND FIFTEEN –
– POSTED: JANUARY FIRST, TWO THOUSAND SIXTEEN –
She sparkles like golden glitter underneath the bright stage lights! She rules with
a golden crown embedded with golden jewels! She is glittery and shimmery and
blinding! She reigns similar to a queen because what else would she be? How mar-
velous, how astonishing, how lovable!
He is invisible like dark matter. He is darker than dark. He is black velvet rubbed the
wrong way. He rules with a black crown. He leads a dark reign. He lacks mercy and
fairness and God, how cunning. How frightening, how cold, how smooth.
He claims to hate her ( "she blinds me." ). She still smiles at him despite knowing this
information ( "good morning, sir. how do you do?" ).
But God could you imagine gold and black coming together peacefully? Can you
picture it? Isn't it marvelous and smooth? Cold at the touch, but radiant like the
sun!
Theoretically speaking, he knows it could happen. He pictures what it'd be like.
Maybe he wouldn't mind being blinded by her sun-like glow all the time. Maybe
she thought about an idea: bringing light to his darkness. The happiness to his
sadness. She could picture it.
After all, happiness can be found even in the darkest of times if one only remem-
bers to turn on the light.
