As everyone was cheering for Jodi as she danced, Gabe and Sean silently got in and they quickly approached me.
"Is that... Jodi?" Gabe asked looking at her who's dancing.
"Uhm, yeah." I said.
"I didn't know she'll be attending classes." He said.
"Well, she'll be with us everyday from now on." I replied.
After that, Gabe approached Jodi and they hugged. Sean also joined in.
You must be wondering but all of us knew each other back then with Bailey and Tati. We're like the six friends who grew up together until Jodi moved to Canada.
Gabe and Jodi was sitting beside each other the whole time. I don't know, but I'm not comfortable seeing her like that. With Gabe. Okay, I'll admit, I'm jealous. But hey the point is, I'm closer with Jodi back then, she should be talking to me!
Oh yeah, she said she hates me. And she doesn't like me.
Never did, never will.
The class started and we learned the new dance which is "Jumpman".
Again, I'm hurt. So I really can't focus dancing.
Matt called me, Sean, and Gabe, the first one to perform and record the video.
Screw that, I did horrible dance there.
Bailey and Tati arrived late.
"Hey guys." Tati greeted us.
Just as Bailey will greet us....
"Bailey?! Tati?!" Jodi shrieked.
"JODI!!!!!"
Sigh. Girls will be girls.
They chit-chatted for a while and Gabe taught them the steps 'cause Matt wanted Bailey and Tati in the video.
Again, Matt called the six of us 'cause he says it's like a "reunion" of us.
Focus, Ken. You need to dance. Sean and Gabe shouldn't know what's up with you. They can't know. Focus.
It's our turn already to dance. And fuck it, I'm not in my self today. I must be really, really hurt.
"Hey Ken." Gabe sat down with me.
"What's up?" I asked.
"I know something's up." I looked away and my eyes caught Jodi, laughing along with Tati and Bailey. "You still love her, don't you?" He smirked.
"What do you mean?" I tried telling him. He can't know, he likes her!
"Quit it, dumbo. I know you still love her." He smiled.
"Why? Are you mad?" I asked frowning.
"What?" He asked me, confused.
"You like her, right?" I said.
"Why would I like someone who's like my sister, especially when I have a girlfriend?" He stated.
My jaw just dropped with what he said.
"Girlfriend?" I exclaimed.
"Tati's my girl. Why would I like Jodi?" He boastfully told me.
"That's my man!" We bro hugged.
"But dude, seriously, I know you like Jodi." He told me.
"I don't." I said.
"You're one ass liar but not on us, Kenny." Sean ran on me and Gabe.
"Ow!!!" We all laughed.
They really are my Asian bros for life.
