"He told me to stay away from you 'cause I'll lose you if I don't." Kenneth told me. "That day he confronted me through basketball, he told me that if I really love you, I'll let you be." He smiled at me and kissed my forehead. Right now, Kenneth's telling me about every past hardships we had, specifically the one with Lucas.

"Why?" I gave him a confused expression.

"I don't know too. All I know is that was the dumbest idea I made ever." I laughed at his silliness and stupidity.

"But I don't get why you did hate me after? " I looked at him straight in the eyes.

"I didn't hate you, I just cared less." He brushed my hair and tuck it behind my ear.

"Sometimes you really need to care less to see if someone would care more." He grabbed my hand, giving it a tight squeeze before pulling me into a big-bear-hug.

He giggled and whispered into my ear. "I love you, Jods. Always did, always will." His hot breath sending shivers down my spine and tickles my ear.

I closed my eyes and then everything came flashing back. I can't believe everything right now, thank You, so much. "I love you too, Kenny. Always did, always will." I smiled. He pulled back and we walked hand in hand.

It's 9:47 AM, and right now, we're walking back and we decided to grab something for breakfast.

This is a weird feeling in my stomach. Butterflies? Too cheesy but yeah. They were right, you'll feel it when you're with the person you love. By just simply being with that person. Hell yeah, especially every time he turns and looks at me, straight in the eyes. I feel so much happy and safe in his hugs, I feel complete in his kisses. That physical feeling like a little tickle traveling up my stomach.

Then, I stopped walking when I remembered something from last night. "I have something to tell you but please, don't get mad at me."I bit my lip.

He gave me a confused look and he lifted my chin. "What is it, Jods? Tell me." He asked.

I sighed. "Promise me you won't get mad first." I said.

"Promise."

I breathed heavily. Well, here it goes. "Last night, I hid your phone. It was supposed to be a prank and something that would make us stop going home early but then when I got in trouble and you know what happened next.... I kind of got lost in the thought. Sorry. I forg-"

He laughed at me and just hugged me. "That's okay. I should be thanking you though. 'Cause we wouldn't be where and what we are right now if it wasn't for your devilish act last night." He pecked my lips as we started walking again, hand in hand as he intertwined our fingers. Ugh, thank God.

"It was on my back pocket." I handed him his phone and he turned it on.

We crossed by an almost empty pedestrian lane and then when we reached the other sidewalk, I was surprised when Kenneth bravely asked a woman who's very much lady-like in her mid-40's.

Kenneth cleared his throat and smiled. "Excuse me, ma'am. Can you please take-"

"A picture of you and your fiancée?" I choked on my own saliva. "Sure, not a problem at all." The woman took Kenneth's phone and then she smiled.

We prepared to pose but Kenneth talked to me by his looks. I can tell, he's trying to joke about the woman's silliness.

Kenneth pulled me close and he whispered. "Fiancée. Too lovely." He kissed me and we giggled, I hugged him. We then smiled and then the woman snapped a photo. We thanked her enough and she left. Ken was slowing down so I pulled him. "Hold on, babe. I'll be posting this on Instagram." He showed me a candid photo of us earlier. Wow, the woman got skills. Impressive.
