Chapter 40

For the past couple of days Ross and I have been way better. Honestly I couldn't be happier. After I let all my feelings out a few days ago he's always trying to make sure to let me know that he loves me and stuff.

It's Friday afternoon and I'm on my way home from school. This morning Ross told me he had something special planed for us.

When I got home I ran up to my room and immediately got in the shower. After about 10 minutes I got out and put the outfit I was going to wear for my date. Black jeans a red flannel and all black converse. I blow dried my hair and then gave it some loose curls.

When I was done getting ready it was 4:00. It was still pretty early so I decide to play some video games. I went downstairs and into the living room and started playing.

I was in the middle of a battle vs shawn when my phone rang. I look at it and smiled at the caller id.

~phone convo~

Sydney: hey babe.

Ross: hey shorty. Ready for our date?

Sydney: yeah I've kinda been ready for an hour haha.

Ross: ok I'll be there in half an hour.

Sydney: ok I'll see you then. I love you.

Ross: I love you too babe bye.

I hung up the phone and continued playing the game.

~30 minutes later~

I was reading a book when the door bell rang. I put the book down and ran down the stairs. I open the door and there stood my boyfriend.

"Hey beautiful. Ready to go?" He asked while while taking my hand. "Yeah. Where are we going?" I ask curious but I know he won't tell me. "I'm not telling you it's a surprise."He Tells me as we get into his car, see I told you.

"Ugh why? You know I don't like surprises." I whine. "I'm sorry babe but I really want to impress you and if I tell you it won't be as special."

"Ugh. I don't like you." I glare at him even though he's not looking at me. "Oh please you and I both know you love me." He said a smirk plastered on his face I just roll my eyes playfully.

After 10 more minutes we finally arrived. Ross got out of the car and opened the door for me. "Ready to be amazed." He says exaggeratedly.

"Sure." I giggle and reach for his hand. We interlocked fingers and he lead me into a long path filled with fairy lights and flowers. At the end of it there was a small picnic table decorated in the center with candles and flower pedals and there was a beautiful view of the lake. It was absolutely beautiful.

"Surprise!" He said while doing jazz hands. "This is beautiful Ross. I can't believe you went to so much trouble." I was amazed.

"It's not as beautiful as you and I would do anything for you." He wraps his arms around me.

"I love you so much!! You're the sweetest." I pressed my lips to his sweetly. He immediately kissed back. This ended up in me laying down on the blanket he had set up on the ground and him hovering over me.

He left my lips and started kissing my neck. A small moan escaped my mouth as I tried to take his shirt off.

"Are you sure you want to do this babe?"he asked. And that's when it hit me. Am I sure I want to do this? Would he ever take advantage of me? Can I trust him with something so important?

"Hey babe you don't have to do this, I don't want to force you to do anything you don't want to do." He says creasing my cheek.

"I-I'll be okay. If I want to do this I want it to be with you." I reassured him. "I love you baby." He smiles at me and kisses me softly. "I love you too." I say as he kisses my neck.

He trailed kisses all over my neck until he reached the top of my flannel. He unbuttoned my shirt and continued kissing my body until he got to the bottom of my stomach.

He reached back to my face and kissed my lips once again. And well you know how this rest.
