It is now Saturday and today is exactly a year since Ross and I had our big break up. After our date last night Ross took me back home and agreed to hang out today. I had a great time especially when he asked me to be his girlfriend again, but I don't know if I feel like seeing anyone today.

I've been locked in my room for about 2 hours since I woke up and I am not in the mood. I just want to lay in bed all day and do nothing. Maybe it's the fact that I'll be away from home for 5 months before summer starts.

~shawns pov~

Sydney hasn't come out of her room at all this morning and I know she's not asleep because she never sleeps this late. That douche bag must have done something to her.

I angrily pick up my phone and dial Ross number.

~phone convo~

Ross: hey shawn. what's up?

Shawn: what the fuck did you do to my sister?!

Ross: what are you talking about? I didn't do anything to her.

Shawn: why hasn't she came out of her room then?

Ross: I don't know. She doesn't answer my texts either.

Shawn: she better not tell me you did something to her or you're dead.

I hang up the phone and throw it on my bed walking to Sydney's room and knocking on the door. no one answers.

"Syd open the door it's Shawn." I knock on the door again. That's when I hear shuffling and the door being opened. "Syd what's wrong? did that asshole do something to you? Do I need to beat the crap out of him again?"

"No, he didn't do anything. Stop jumping to conclusions." She rolls her eyes.

"Then what's wrong?" I furrowed my eyebrows. "It's just that I'm leaving tomorrow and I'm going to miss you all. I'm leaving tomorrow and I just got back together with Ross. I'm leaving tomorrow and I won't see you until the summer, I won't see any of you." She pulls at her roots and I give her a tight hug.

"You can always come on the weekends and we can always go and visit you." She nods her head and I kiss it lightly. Suddenly the door bell rings. "I'll go get it." I let go of her and walk downstairs to answer the door.

~Sydney's pov~

Shawn left to answer the door and came back up a few minutes later with Ross beside him.

"Hey baby what's wrong?" He asks as I cling onto him.

"I don't want to loose you." I burry my face in the crook of his neck, us laying on my bed.

"Why would you loose me?" He lifts my head up and frowns.

"Because I'm leaving and we won't see each other for 5 months. Usually people drift apart when they're away for that long and I don't want to loose you I just got you back." I say softly in a barely audible voice.

"Babe I promise you, you are not gonna loose me. I just got you back I'm not planning on leaving anytime soon." He kisses my forehead and moves to my lips in a matter of seconds. After a few seconds we pull away and he tightens his grip on me.

"Are you ok now?" He asks looking at me with those big mesmerizing hazel eyes.

"Yes. Thank you." I say still clinging onto him not wanting to let go.

"Alright babe I gotta go rehearse with the band I'll come back in about two hours. Ok?" He kissed me and slowly got off my grip. "And turn that frown upside down please." He creased my cheek and kissed my forehead. I smiled and his widened. "I love you." He gave me one last kiss and left.

I took this time to change into my bikini and go for a swim. Sabrina joined me soon after and we hung out for a while.

"Are you excited to go back to school?" My sister asks as we lean in the edge of the pool trying to tan.

"Kind of I'm just gonna miss it here a lot, but Luke is great company."

"To bad he's a douche bag when it comes to dating." Sabrina rolls her eyes at the mention of her ex boyfriend. "Hey he wasn't that bad." I laugh pushing her playfully.

"Ok true. I'd stay with Rocky any day though." She smiles and her eyes light up as she talks about her boyfriend.

"You guys make a super cute couple." I squeal.

"I have to tell you something I haven't told anyone yet because I'm scared." She looks down at her lap while fiddling with her fingers.
