6 Months Later
Kendall's POV
I woke up when I felt Jayden's hand move. She squeezed my hand and opened her eyes. I smiled. She took off the oxygen mask and looked up at me. "You're awake." She smiled, kissing me. I pulled away pecking her lips repeatedly.
"What happened? I remember-" She stopped, her eyes widening.
"It's okay love." She shook her head.
"I broke my promise."
"And so did I. It's fine. I'm just glad you're awake and you're perfectly fine." I pecked her lips. "You've been in a coma for six months."
"Shit! I missed your birthday!" She pouted. I chuckled. "I need to get you a gift."
"No. My birthday was yesterday. You need to relax and be beautiful. I have the greatest of gifts even if it's a day late." She smiled and giggled softly.
Jayden's POV
I pretended to still be asleep when I heard my sister's voice. "I think I'm going to be sick."
"There's the bathroom bub." I opened my eyes and she turned around. "I love you Jaylen." I smiled. She ran over to me and hugged me tightly. "Can't. Breathe." My eyes fluttered. She let me go.
"Sorry." I took deep breaths and smiled. She smiled and I looked at her.
"So you're embracing your sexuality and your style now?" I smirked. She nodded, looking down at her girlfriend. "Hi Kennedy." She smiled at me. I shivered from the draft. "I need clothes, these gowns have literally no back to them."
"They're in my car." Kendall got up and walked out. Jayden and Kennedy were whispering.
"Okay if you're going to go fuck I suggest you go home." They laughed.
"No but I do have a surprise for you." She walked in the bathroom and I looked at Kennedy.
"She did this." I giggled. Jaylen came back out wearing a white skater dress. She still had on her black Timberland boots and replaced her beanie with a headband.
"You look beautiful Jay." I smiled. I jumped down from the bed, hugging her.
"Thanks but can you not flash your ass to my girlfriend?" She smirked.
"Well excuse me then." She gave me her sweatshirt. I tied it around my waist. Kendall came back with my clothes. I walked in the bathroom and changed. I fixed my makeup and brushed out my hair. I walked out and smiled at Kendall. I walked over and he grabbed my butt.
"Keep those hands up Kendall." We turned and looked at my parents and grandparents, me blushing.
I was checked out and my grandma insisted I consider counseling. I laid my head on my mom's lap. She brushed my cheek. "We have something for you." I sat up and looked at her. My dad gave me a box with a bow on it. I opened it and smiled. It was a locket with my initials on it. "Open it." I opened the 3-way opening locket and smiled. On one side was a picture of Kendall. The other side contained a picture of Jaylen and I. In the middle was a picture of my parents.
"Read the back." I flipped it over.
Just a few people who love you and don't want you to be hurt.
"Thank you."
"It was Kendall's idea. He bought it for you and we did the pictures and engraving." I smiled. Kendall, who was standing behind me, tapped my shoulder. I put the necklace back in the box and walked upstairs. He opened the door and I looked at the giant teddy bear on my bed.
"Thank you." I hugged him tightly. He chuckled and kissed my cheek. I let him go and grabbed the bear. It was twice my size. "Six foot?" He nodded. I hugged the bear and smiled. "I can't even hug him." I giggled. Kendall took him and sat it back on the bed. I pouted.
"You can hug me instead." I jumped in his arms, wrapping my legs around him. He chuckled, kissing me. I kissed back, cupping his face. I smiled into the kiss. He pulled away and I jumped down.
"You're beautiful." I bit my lip, looking down. "No." He lifted my chin. "You're beautiful and I love you." His eyes stared into mine. The way is bright blue eyes stared into my green ones with love put a smile on my face. "That pretty smile." I blushed.
"I'll be right back." He nodded and pecked my lips. I walked in my bathroom and took out my contacts, putting my glasses on. I went back out, Kendall hung up his phone call and looked at me. "I can't believe they left my contacts in. Now I have to get more." I rubbed my irritated eyes.
"It's okay babygirl." He sat on my bed, pulling me in his lap.
"I can buy some more when I go buy yours and Kyle's gifts."
"Or when you don't buy my gift but I buy you a beautiful dress for our date tonight." I rolled my eyes.
"I'm still getting the gifts." He chuckled. I looked at the rings on his index finger and pinky finger. The engraving on the bigger one was our initials.
"I got it when I bought your necklace. And the other one is supposed to be a purity ring but it's too late for that." He chuckled. I smiled and got up.
"Let's go." He got up and I grabbed his hand.
We walked out of the mall, Kendall carrying our bags. "I told you not to baby girl."
"And I told you I was."
"I'll see you tonight babygirl." I nodded. "I love you."
"I love you too." He left and I went inside. My mom was shirtless and snogging my dad and I gasped. "Make it stop!" Jaylen walked in and covered my eyes. I clung to my twin sister and closed my eyes. She hugged me tightly.
"Come on bub." She led me upstairs and in her room.
