3 Months later

Jayden's POV

"You just had to get me pregnant." I looked at Kendall. "Ow!" I hunched over from the painful kick.

"Calm down love. You're upsetting the twins." I sighed. "What's wrong?" I looked at him with teary eyes.

"None of my dresses fit."

"Don't cry." I had to admit. I was extremely grateful for my husband. With me having twins, my mood swings were ten times worse but he was handling things like a champ. "I figured you'd get frustrated," He wiped my tears and grabbed a dress bag. "So I got you this." He opened it, revealing a strapless, nude, chiffon dress.

"Thank you." I smiled. I took off my robe and put on the dress. He zipped it and kissed my cheek.

We got to the restaurant and sat down. "What can I get you to drink?"

"Two waters please." He nodded at left.

"Why did you insist on taking me out tonight?" I smiled at Kendall.

"Because I wanted to."

"This is rea-oh my god." I looked at Kendall. "Call an ambulance."

"Did your water break?" I nodded.

"It's going to be a couple of hours." Kendall looked at me, putting his phone in his pocket.

I pulled him down to my eye level. "I am not having my babies in the middle of this restaurant." I released him and started to get up. "Ow! They're coming now!" I was breathing really heavy.

"But the ambulance-"

"It's okay. My husband and I are doctors." A woman ran over with her husband.

I heard the wails of my baby girl. I smiled and everything went black.

Kendall's POV

I looked at my two crying babies. The doctors put Adrienne with Aiden, both of their cries ceasing. I looked at Jayden. An ambulance had arrived and now the four of us were sitting in a hospital room. The doctors said Jayden had lost a lot of blood in the delivery and she was unstable.

There was a gentle squeeze on my hand. "A-are they okay?" I smiled.

"Very healthy." She smiled.

"I want to see them." I gave her Aiden. "Hi." Adrienne started crying and I picked her up. The two babies cried loudly.

"Watch this." I laid Adrienne down and put Aiden beside her. They stopped crying.

"How cute." She smiled. Adrienne grabbed my finger when I brushed her cheek. They looked up at me.

"Brown?"

"My granddad has brown eyes." Jayden stood beside me, redressed. "They'll most likely be able to change like mine, Jay's and Kota's." We looked at the two babies. "Let's go home."

We walked in and Jaylen looked at us. "Hey. How was d- oh my gosh. You had the twins?"

"Yeah. At the restaurant. In the middle of our dinner date." She plopped down on the couch. I put them down. "Where's my little girl?"

"Here I am!" I smiled, picking her up. "Wait." She looked at Jayden.

"What?" I put her back down.

"My brother and sister!" She sat in front of the car seats.

"Shh. They're sleeping." They squirmed.

"Oops." I chuckled. The babies started crying and Jayden took them upstairs. "Where's she taking them?"

"She's going to put them in their room." I ran upstairs. I watched Jayden change the babies and lay them in the crib. I wrapped my arms around her. "They're beautiful."

Dakota walked in and looked in the crib, smiling. She put her smallest teddy bear inside and looked at us. "Cutie. Come on." The two ran out and I chuckled, walking to my room.

Jayden's POV

I grabbed the homemade ice pops from the freezer, giving her one and grabbing one for myself. "I must get back to my wife."

"What? You didn't bring her?"

"No. She was at a job interview when I got here."

"What job?"

"The first one was for a journalism job, the second was for a modeling job, and the one she just got out of was for a stylist."

"Okay. Text me when you get home." I hugged her. She nodded and kissed Dakota's cheek, leaving.

"Babe." I looked at Kendall. "Adrienne's awake."

"How long ago did they feed her?"

"Going on two hours." I sighed and looked at Dakota.

"I'll be okay mommy." She smiled. I kissed her cheek.

"I'll be right back." I ran upstairs.

"They are all peacefully sleeping in their rooms." I looked at Kendall sleeping on the couch. "Come on baby boy." I pulled him up.

"I'm too tired." He plopped back down on the couch.

"You need to change out of your tux." He groaned. "I'll model that lingerie for you." He looked at me.

"Really?" I nodded. He got up and we walked to our room. I grabbed the box with the lingerie, walking into our en suite.

"Babe-" He kissed me again. "Wait. Kendall stop." I gently shoved him. The room went quiet and I heard the cries of one of the twins. I ran to their room, pulling on Kendall's shirt. Aiden's wails were loud. I gave him a pacifier and he stopped. "There you go." He went back to sleep and I looked at Adrienne. She was sleeping peacefully with Dakota's teddy bear. I slowly tiptoed out of the room.

I ran back to my room to see Kendall asleep on the bed. "Goodnight babe. I love you." I kissed his cheek.

"I love you too." He smiled at me. I laid down beside him. He wrapped his arms around me. "My beautiful queen." I smiled. "My beautiful princesses and son." I yawned. I laid on his chest, falling asleep.
