A Week Later
Jayden's POV
I smiled at Dakota. "Are you excited?"
"Yes." She smiled.
"Yay!"
"Mrs. Taylor, you're having twins. A boy and a girl." A tear rolled down my cheek.
"I told you so." Dakota smiled.
"Pictures?"
"Yes please." Kendall wiped the gel off my tummy and I sat up. "I've been eating for three." I pulled Dakota beside me and poked her dimple. "You told me so."
"Your pictures."
"Is that an extra foot or a-"
"Those are my babies. My little boy and little girl."
"Like me and Logan." She smiled. "And you." We looked at Jaylen. "When's your appointment?"
"We haven't made one yet." I laid my hand on my tummy. Kendall walked in and smiled at me.
"Hate to interrupt but I must go get my first born." I got up.
"How was Nick and Bella's party?" I looked at her. She looked up with teary, grey eyes. "What's wrong?"
"Nick and Bella are leaving." She sniffled. "They're going to Hawaii for two weeks."
"Awe. They'll be back soon." She looked at her necklace.
Dakota laid on my shoulder, watching the movie. Kendall had gone out somewhere. "Where's daddy?"
"I'm not sure baby girl. Let's call him." I dialed his number, putting it on speaker.
"Hey. What's up?"
"Where are you?" I looked at Dakota.
"Picking up some stuff. Is everything okay?"
"Yeah. Kota and I were just worried. You've been gone for two hours." I played with Dakota's hair. I heard keys.
"Well I'm back now." I hung up and looked at Kendall. He gave Dakota a bag and she smiled, kissing his cheek.
"Kota."
"Thank you!" He kissed her nose and she got up, running to her room. "Hey." I smiled.
"Hi." I laid on his shoulder. "What was that?"
"Just a small present. Spoiling my little munchkin." He chuckled. "I got you something too."
"Something like?" I sat up. He reached in his pocket. He pulled out a box and opened it. I smiled at the necklace. "It's beautiful." He clipped it on me. He smiled, rubbing my baby bump. One of the twins shifted and kicked under his hand.
"I'm excited too." He kissed my stomach. "Three beautiful children with the love of my life." He looked at me. He cupped my cheek, his other hand still on my stomach. I noticed he was leaning in slowly. Just as our lips brushed he stopped and kissed my cheek.
"Babe." I frowned.
Kendall's POV
"Smiles." I pecked her lips. She smiled, pecking my lips again. "I'm so lucky." She pecked my lips repeatedly. "A very lucky man." I said between pecks. She giggled, kissing me.
"She's already pregnant." I pulled away, looking at my brother.
"Hi Kyle." Jayden smiled.
"What do you want?" I looked at him.
"Just dropping off my birthday and baby shower gifts." He gave her the bags. "Marisol and I are going on a trip. and won't be here for your birthday."
"Thanks guys." Jayden got up, hugging them.
"Ouch!" I looked at her. "They're fighting already?" I chuckled. "Ow! Okay someone just kicked my rib." I kneeled in front of her.
"Come on. Calm down. You're hurting mommy." I whispered, kissing her belly button.
"They stopped." She smiled. "Can you guys please not hurt me anymore?"
"Let's go get you ready for bed." I helped her up. We walked upstairs and into the bedroom. She pulled on my t-shirt, climbing in bed.
