Kendall's POV
I scanned the screen of my laptop. I'd asked Mr. Scott to get me a copy of the surveillance tapes at the restaurant and the text message the kidnapper sent. I paused it when someone looked up. The hair looked oddly familiar. I pushed play and he took off his mask. Jacob. I growled, grabbing my phone. I sent him a message.
Meet me at McDonald's in half an hour.
I got up and got dressed. I shoved my laptop in my bag and grabbed my keys. "Kyle let's go." We went to Kennedy's house and I knocked on the door. Adam opened it and let us in. "Are Kennedy and Jaylen here?"
"No. They went out to eat." I groaned. "I think they went to McDonald's though."
"Thanks."
"Wait, what's going on?" He looked at me.
"Jayden was kidnapped and I'm trying to find her."
"I'm helping."
Greyson's POV
I called Lucas and Logan telling them both about the situation. "Do you know where she is?" I nodded.
"But I can't go get her. If I go, he's going to kill her." I frowned. "And he knows you two." I looked at Amira and Logan.
"I can go." I turned and looked at Kendall. "All of us can go."
"Kendall, Kyle, and I used to be close friends so we can play that off. Jaylen doesn't hate me so we came up with the plan to pretend she's my girlfriend. Thank you Kennedy. Kennedy's going to pretend to be Jaylen's foster sister. And Adam got permission and agreed to set up surveillance equipment in my neighbors attic near the window of the room she's in at my house."
"When we think it's enough evidence and it's safe enough, we'll get her out and turn in the evidence." Jaylen smirked.
"You all could be detectives." I smiled. Jaylen hugged me.
Jayden's POV
I woke up after about 2 hours of uncomfortable sleep. The man walked back in. "You look tired." I nodded. "Too bad bitch. I rolled my eyes. "You're so goddamn disrespectful." He slapped me. I decided to fight back. I kicked up, my heel hitting just below the belt. He groaned, falling to the floor. He crawled over to me and took the bandana off my face.
"What do you want with me dickhead?" He chuckled.
"I want your mom." He leaned closer to my face. I felt his lips brush my cheek. I turned my head a spit in his face. "I'll be back later." He tied the bandana again and walked out.
"Jayden." I opened my eyes. "She's awake." I looked at Jacob. "We have a plan to get you out of here." He untied the bandana. "But you might have to stay here for a week."
"I'm not doing this for a week. That man drives me crazy."
"Me too. You have to. If you don't we can't turn him in." I sighed.
"Fine. Can you untie my hands so I can take out my contacts?" He nodded, untying the ropes. I took them out and put them in his hand. "Give them to Kendall." He tied my hands and the bandana before he walked out. I looked out the window and saw Adam setting up a camera.
The man came back. He untied the bandana. "Cunt." I glared at him. "Let me go."
"See, I can't do that beautiful. Your dad knows I have you. I convinced him I'd kill you if he showed up here. But I have your phone. Tell your mom to come here and I'll let you leave."
"Over your dead body. I'll get out of here somehow." He chuckled.
"Good luck with that babe."
"Don't call me that." I rolled my eyes.
He choked me. "Have fun. Slut." He tied the bandana again.
