I heard the door open and pretended to sleep. "Bed time baby girl."
"Can I sleep with you?"
"Sure." The door opened. "Daddy's sleeping so we have to be quiet." I felt a small dip in the bed and smiled. I pulled Dakota in my arms.
"Daddy!" She giggled.
"Dakota he's asleep." I turned to look at my beautiful fiancé. "Oh. I thought you were sleeping." I smiled at her.
"How was baking?"
"Fun. My little helper got sick from too many sneak attacks to the batter." She laid beside me, pinching Dakota's cheek.
"Aw. Are you okay princess?" I looked at my daughter. She nodded, her curls bouncing. "Goodnight princess."
"Goodnight daddy. Goodnight mommy." I kissed her head. We heard the soft snores a few minutes later.
"We should get some rest. You have a lot of work to do tomorrow." I smirked.
"Yeah. Goodnight babe."
"Goodnight beautiful. I love you."
"Love you too."
I woke up and looked and Jayden. "Daddy?" I looked down at Dakota.
"No school today princess." She looked out the window.
"I'm hungry." I got up. I kneeled beside the bed and she climbed on my shoulders. "Whee!"
"We have to be quiet. Mommy's still asleep." I carried her downstairs. "Pancakes or waffles?"
"Pancake!" I chuckled, grabbing her coat and shoes. "What about mommy?"
"I'm right here baby girl." I put the toddler on the floor and she ran over to my fiancé, hugging her legs. "Good morning to you too." She leaned down kissing her head. "Now I believe daddy said something about pancakes?"
"I did."
"Well if she's going too, you might want to get her dressed for travel." She took the coat and shoes. She put the shoes on our daughter's feet. "And how hard is it to do this?" She put a headband on Dakota.
"I have bad experiences with Kota's hair." I chuckled.
Jaylen's POV
Kennedy walked in and sat beside me on the couch. She laid on my shoulder and my hand rested on her thigh. I noticed she had on a black t-shirt and a grey thong. I rubbed her thigh, squeezing gently. She clenched her thighs together and I smirked.
"Are you okay?" I looked at her.
"Mhmm." She bit her lip.
"Then relax." I smirked. She relaxed, my hand sliding up farther. "Who am I?"
"M-mommy." I smirked, rubbing her through the material. "Please stop teasing."
"Okay." I stopped and got up, retreating to the bedroom. I pulled my hair up in a ponytail and sat at Kennedy's vanity. I heard the door slam and got up, running downstairs. "Shit."
"That's what you get for teasing me." I turned and looked at my girlfriend. I sighed in relief and she smiled. "I'm tired." I pulled her upstairs.
"Come on. We can take a nap and then we have to go meet up with Jayden." She laid down and I wrapped an arm around her.
I woke up with my girlfriend looking at me. "Hi." I smiled at her.
"Have you thought about having a baby?"
