Jaylen
I walked in the bathroom to find my wife slumped over the toilet. "This is why we don't drink." She glared at me before throwing up in the toilet.
"Shut up." I smiled.
"I'll be back."
I walked back in with my daughter, a ton of grocery bags, and two drink trays with Starbucks. "What's that?" Kennedy looked at me.
"Coffee, crisps, cookies, juice, water, and milk for Sage."
"Gimme." She reached up. I gave her a coffee and a packet of crisps. "Thank you."
"You took care of me yesterday so it's my turn now. Anything else?"
"Ice cream?"
"No." She frowned.
"Pillow?" I ran upstairs and grabbed her pillow and blanket. I looked at Sage, poking her dimple. Kennedy crawled in the bathroom. I heard her throw up and Sage whined.
"Let's go get you a snack."
"M-m-"
"Are you trying to say mommy?"
"Mama?" I smiled. "Momma?"
"Did she just say mommy?" I looked at Kennedy crawling out of the bathroom.
"Yes." I put her down and sat beside Kennedy.
"Momma."
"I'm not sure if those are butterflies or bile." She smiled at Sage. "Nope." She hurriedly crawled back in and threw up. Sage started crying and Kennedy groaned.
"Come here baby girl." Sage crawled in my lap. I kissed her cheek.
"Momma?" She looked at me. Her grey orbs stared into my green ones. I got up and walked in my room.
"Thank you." I nodded, kissing her head. "I refuse to drink that much ever again."
"My theory was that you were making up for the nine months that you couldn't." She rolled her eyes, drinking some water.
"Honestly all I had was a few shots, a few cocktails, and three cups of peach Cîroc." I looked at her. "Okay so maybe I overdid it a little bit."
"Yeah." I rubbed her thigh. My phone buzzed.
Jay💕: Emergency. Come quick.
"I'll be right back." I pecked her lips. "I love you."
"I love you too." She took Sage.
I walked in behind my sister. "What happened?"
"Kota." I ran upstairs and into my niece's bedroom.
"Kota?" She looked at me.
"Can I go with you auntie?" She sniffled.
"If it's okay with your mommy then yes." I wiped her tears, kissing her head.
"You can go." I looked at Jayden. Dakota jumped down and started packing a bag. "Don't forget this."
"My necklace?" The five year old grabbed the chain. "I was looking for it."
"I found it while I was cleaning." She hugged her daughter. "I love you beautiful."
"I love you too mommy." I smiled. Dakota grabbed her bag. "Okay." Kendall walked in.
"Where are you going princess?"
"I'm going with auntie."
"I'll wait downstairs." I walked out. I was sitting on the couch when my phone buzzed.
Mom💋: Demo's accepted. Meeting tomorrow to sign your contract. Congratulations baby girl. 💕😊
"What are you smiling at?" I looked at Jayden.
"I'm getting signed by Syco." She smiled.
We had agreed on splitting up and signing with different companies. I sent in a demo and she stayed with Hi or Hey. We were finishing up our last album together and starting our separate ones.
"That's great." I hugged her. "Oh and she changed her mind but said give this to Kennedy." She put a small box in my hand.
"Thanks. Speaking of which, I need to get back to her. She had a hell of a hangover today." I ran a hand through my hair.
"How bad?"
"Morning sickness times 10 and me yesterday combined."
"Gross." I nodded. "See you tomorrow?"
"Yeah."
I walked in and smiled at Kennedy, sleeping on the couch. Sage was crawling over to me and I picked her up. I walked over to Kennedy, tickling her sides. When she didn't wake up, I put Sage on the floor, kneeled down and kissed along the small of her back. She hummed, shifting. I continued, grabbing her bum in the shorts.
She rolled over, me still kissing her body. "Hi." I stopped, smiling at her. "What happened?"
"Something with Dakota. Then I stopped and picked up some stuff." She sat up, kissing me. I cupped her cheek, and she pulled away.
"Hungry?" I nodded. "Come on." She grabbed my hand, leading me to the kitchen.
"What's this?" I wrapped my arms around her, looking at the meal that was prepared for me.
"For your appetizer, cheesy bread." I smiled as she picked up the plate. "For your entree, pizza waffles." She giggled. "Pepperoni and cheese sandwiched between pizza dough and cooked on the waffle iron with marinara sauce on the side." She pointed to the plate. "And dessert-"
"You?" I smirked, kissing her neck.
"Maybe." She pecked my lips. "Ice cream cake."
"Now for dessert." Kennedy got up. I pulled her in my lap and kissed her neck. "Not me the cake." She got up.
"Damn." I bit my lip, looking at her.
"Don't do that." She straddled me.
"What?"
"The lip biting." She stared at my lips. I bit my lip, winking. "Oh my fuck."
"Dessert?"
"Hell yes. Show me what that tongue can do." My eyes slowly trailed down her body.
She laid back on the bed, my lips attaching to her chest. Her hands tangled in my hair pulling softly. I heard Sage crying and stopped. "She'll be okay for a few minutes." Kennedy pulled me back in.
"No." I smirked and got up. I ran downstairs, picking up my baby. "Cutie." I wiped her tear. I walked up to my room and laid Sage down. "We need rest. I've got to be up early."
"Meeting?" I nodded. "Your mom called. She's a great manager." I took off my shirt, exposing my black lace bra. "Boobies." I smiled, rolling my eyes.
"You know you're a mindless speaker when you're tired, drunk, or horny?" She nodded, laughing. I looked in the mirror, messily throwing my hair up. "I think I want to cut my hair."
"How? Why?" She picked up our child.
"Shave the sides, styled up in a quiff, and dye it silver. And because with me signing a contract alone, I don't have to be the exact same as Jay."
"In that case, I can do it tomorrow?" She smiled.
"Thanks love." I climbed in bed and kissed Sage's cheek. "Goodnight princess. I love you." I kissed her, falling asleep.
