Kendall's POV
"Mommy! Daddy!" I looked at Dakota running down the staircase.
"Hey munchkin!" She jumped in my lap. "Happy birthday princess."
"Thank you." I kissed her forehead. "Where's mommy?"
"Right here birthday girl." Jayden walked in with a big plate stacked with pancakes. "Happy birthday baby girl." Dakota tore off a piece of a pancake eating it. "Are you excited for your party?"
"Thank you. I don't want a party. I want to stay with you and daddy. And my friends can't come anymore." She looked at us. "Nick and Bella got sick and Bradley says his mommy's got a baby in her tummy."
"Well then it looks like it's us three today." Jayden smiled. "What do you want to do first?"
"Can I open my presents?" She pointed to her gifts over by the window. We nodded and she jumped down, running over to them. She ripped the wrapping paper and tossed it behind her.
"Can I know now?" She looked at me.
"Not yet princess." She frowned, laying her head in my lap. "Just a few more minutes." There was a knock on the door. "Now you can know." She ran to the door with Jayden and opened it.
"A puppy!" She smiled.
"She's a few months old." I smiled. They brought the puppy to me. "What are you going to name her?"
"Sparkle." She smiled.
"I got you something else princess." I gave her the bag. She opened it, pulling out the rhinestoned collar and leash. The leash had white crystals and 'Princess' in pink rhinestones.
"Thank you." I helped her put the collar on and she chased after the puppy. There was a knock on the door.
"That's either my parents or my sister." She opened it, her sister and her girlfriend walking in.
"Where's my little cutie?"
"Auntie Jay!" The four year old jumped in her aunt's arms. "Hi!"
"Hey birthday girl!" She hugged her smiling. "Here are your gifts cutie." She gave her the bags and boxes.
Jayden's POV
I watched my daughter run off with the presents and looked at my sister. "I had to. I-"
"Couldn't resist." I smiled hugging her. "Hey bub. Hi Kennedy."
"Hi." She smiled at me. Jaylen released me and wrapped an arm around her girlfriend.
"Mommy! Look!" I looked down at Dakota smiling. "It's the bracelet from the jewelry store!" I looked at Jaylen.
"It's beautiful babygirl. Go show daddy." She ran to the kitchen where Kendall was. "Was that bracelet expensive?"
"Is €3000 expensive?" My eyes widened. "She loved it when I took her with me to get her gifts."
"Jay that's too much to spend on a four year old."
"Says the woman who bought €1,000,000 worth of equipment for a music room and recording studio." I rolled my eyes.
"They wanted albums and I was nursing a newborn." She smirked. "Did you pick up the cake?" She nodded.
"It's in the freezer. I went through the back." I nodded. We walked in the living room and sat down. I smiled at Dakota playing with Kendall's hair. She pulled his slightly long, blonde locks away from his face.
"Babe you need to cut your hair." He looked at me.
"No!" I looked at my daughter. "He can't cut it." She ran her small hands through his hair.
