Another chapter, yay! Enjoy! :D

Dandelion P.O.V.
I didn't know what happened, I was in full shock. For some reason I just felt Daddy Dan with me and I heard what he was saying. Was it his flower crown that I wear? Possibly.
I hope what I heard was really him, if I could have my other father back, I feel like my life would be even more amazing. I always feel like Dad would be more happy with Daddy Dan here.
One half without its other half is just something that's broken and broken things can be fixed when they're put back together again.
"Dad, I really heard Daddy Dan talking to me." I say to Dad at dinner later in the day. The snow has really fallen now, and there's about three inches on the ground.
"You probably did, you and Dan were connected at the hip when he was alive. You were just a baby when we adopted you and not long after, Dan passed away. He would always hold you, give you little kisses on your head, put his flower crowns on you, and he would buy you a bunch of pastel clothing. Of course, I wasn't completely happy with it because I love monochrome, but I let him because he loved you so much. After dinner, I'll show you a scrapbook of Dan and I that we made." Dad says.
"Dad sounded amazing. I can't wait to see the scrapbook." I say.
"Wait, did you just call Dan Dad? You've always called him Daddy Dan." Dad says, dropping his fork in shock.
"I just want to call him Dad now. Especially if I'm going to see him again." I say the last part under my breath with hope.
After we've ate dinner, we go into the lounge and Dad pulls a lavender book with a black binding on the edge. The front has a picture of my dads holding hands in tuxedos. I'm assuming it's from their wedding.
Dad opens the first page and the first page consists of a flyer.
"Steaming Bean's Poetry Night!
Date: Every Wednesday night!
Time: 5:00 pm-who knows with poetry!
All are welcome!""What's that?" I ask.
"This is the flyer I was given by my boss to go to poetry night. I'd seen Dan across the street from my tattoo shop, and my eyes were always glued to him, so my boss knew that he was always there reciting poetry, so I went and that's how Dan and I met." Dad says with a smile.
Dad turns the page and I see a picture in the form of a Polaroid. It's of a cup with writing on it.
"That's my number. I hope to see you soon, gorgeous. Wear pastels. xx
Love, Phil, or tattoos as you like to call me."
Wow Dad, you really were head over heels!" I say with a chuckle.
"Yeah, your dad was really interesting to me so I needed to know more about him."
I've never seen Dad with such a smile on his face. I can obviously tell how much my father meant to him.
After, there's a key with a tag that says "Our First Apartment."
That one kind of explains itself.
The next page consists of a note, written very neatly, it was obviously special.
"My dearest Dan,
Good morning, my love. As you probably noticed, I did not wake up beside you. Don't worry though, as I'm planning something very exciting for you today.
At the stroke of 8:00 pm, please be present at the lake near our forest.
I love you so much, and I can't wait to see you later.
Yours xx"
"Why is this note so special?" I ask.
"This is the note I left on our refrigerator in our old flat. I proposed to Dan on this day." Dad says.
"Little test here, do you still remember the day?" I ask with a smile.
"Of course, what kind of partner would I be? August 24, 2012." Dad says with full confidence.
The next page is a picture of Dan and Dad. I know this picture very well, it's one of Dad's favorites. It's the picture of Dad and Dan with their foreheads together, eyes closed, dancing to their first dance at their wedding. It's tear stained though. I wonder why.
Then, when you turn the page, you see a picture of Dan, Dad, and I when I was a baby. It's a very cute picture, yet very cringe worthy.
That was the last page that Dan had signed. Dan and Dad signed each page with the date they put it in the scrapbook.
The next page was a paper ripped in half. Dad was probably mad, but it was probably key somewhere in their story line.
"Hi everyone. I'm Phil Lester, Dan's husband as you all know. We are all here today for the mourning of Dan Lester. Dan was the most amazing man that I knew. He understood, he laughed in sad times, he loved when no one else did."
"That's what I wrote for Dan's funeral. I ripped it in half, so I don't have the rest, but I did this after the funeral because I wanted to get rid of it, but I know that it was important in our story." Dad says.
The last page lays a letter. A letter I'd never read before.
"Phil Lester.
Beautiful.
Graceful.
Hilarious.
Sweet.
Did I say beautiful?
Phil, you are the best thing that has ever happened to me. I hate that our story ends.
You gave me the world when all I had was a pebble in the palm of my hands.
You gave me a home when all I had was a house.
You gave me a meadow when all I had was a seed.
You gave me love when all I had was a heart.
And I thank you.
I may be gone, but I hope I will never be your forgotten flower.""The hospital gave me that note weeks after Dan died. I'd never shown it to anyone."
"It's beautiful, Dad. Dan will never be a forgotten flower in our hearts as long as I'm here to keep the seed alive."

Woah, talk about emotional chapter.
QOTC: What was your favorite chapter in this whole series and why?
AOTC: Hmm, my favorite chapter would probably have to be the chapter where Dan and Phil got married in "DOA?" because I found it extremely cute!
I hope you enjoyed this chapter, and I'll see you all in the next one!
