Scynthia's PoV

Pagpasok namin, pinagtitinginan kami ng mga bouncer... shit baka namumukhaan kami... or curious because they saw fresh faces...

We were silently watching. I mean I was silently watching while the others were talking and shouting, tahimik lang ako kasi isang maling move baka malaman nila na ako si Red.

Everything was going steady without anyone noticing my precence until bigla ako hinila ng isang nilalang patayo. "Hey!" Sigaw ko.

"Hey dude! Hands of my Fiancè!" Sabi ni Nash sa nilalang na humila saakin. "I want to fight you." Sabi ng nilalang.

Wrong move asshole...

Napangisi ako. "Sure." Sabi ko. "Phoenix, wag... hindi ka sanay lumaban." Sabi ni Nash.

I faced the gang and their faces were shocked and I think I know what they're thinking.

"I'll fight you." Sabi ko. "Wrong move girl, hindi ka sanay at kakalabanin mo ako?" Ngumisi siya.

Lakas ng confidence nitong mokong na toh ah...

"Shut up and just fight me." Sabi ko.

That guy was the one who wrote me down. Pumasok na kami sa ring habang ako naman nilapitan ng emcee. "What's your name rookie?" Tanong ni sa Mic. "Legendary Phoenix." Sabi ko sabay ngisi.

"Let's give it up for the rookie Legendary Phoenix!" Sigaw ng emcee sabay turo saakin. "At ang makakalaban niya, ang master... The Hawk Eye!" Tinuro niya yung kalaban ko.

I heard the audiences betting on the halk eye.

"Fight!" And with that sumugod saakin yung kalaban ko.

I just skipped him and extended my foot to make him trip. "Hey halk eye might as well change your name to black eye once I'm done with you." Pangasar ko sa kanya. Nagsigawan yung audience dahil sa sinabi ko, nagalit siya at sumugod ulit saakin.

I punched him first before he could land his on mine. "Hawk Eye my ass... you didn't even see that one coming." Sabi ko, I can't believe he didn't see that move coming... hawk eye raw? Psh...

Mas lalo siyang nagalit at pinagsususuntok ako kaso nailagan ko lahat. "I can't believe you get beaten up by a rookie and in which is a girl." I gave him a kick to the face causing him to tumble over.

He stood up and gave me a swift kick, everything turned all slow motion it was about to hit my face but I did a back flip avoiding it and as I avoided it I gave him a kick to his face.

"Tap out or die." Sabi ko. "NEVER!" He shouted at me then sumugod.

I gave him a chance. I gave him one last and very strong kick to the chest causing him to tumble over... and now he's dead.

"Looks like this hawk just burned due to the phoenix." Sabi ko sabay ngiti.

The emcee lifted my wrist. "Our winner! The legendary phoenix!" Sigaw niya.

Pagbaba ko sinalubong ako ni Nash ng yakap. "You scared me! Akala ko mamamatay ka na." Sabi niya.

Lumayo siya saakin at hinawakan yung mukha ko. "I didn't know you fight." Sabi niya. "Never underestimate me Mr. Ignacio." Sabi ko sabay lakad papalapit sa gang.

"Galing mo Nix!" Sabi ni Ice. "Thanks Byte." Sabi ko sabay ngiti.

"I'm tired." Sabi ko. "Umuwi na tayo, your fight was enough to watch anyway." Sabi ni January.

"Nga pala Nash, pumunta ka sa bahay may sasabihin sayo sina mommy at daddy." Sabi ko kay Nash. "Sabay na tayo pumunta sa inyo." Sabi ni Nash.

"Okay." Sabi ko sabay ngiti. "Sasabay nalang ako sa kotse mo, I left mine at home." Sabi ni Nash.

"Okay, sure." Sabi ko.

Naglakad na kaming lahat papunta sa parking lot, we bid our goodbyes before parting our ways. Pumasok na kami ni Nash sa kotse ko, I was in the driver's seat while he was next to me.

"You should remove your mask." Sabi ni Nash sa tabi ko, I removed my mask and placed it by my side. "Here let me keep it." He got my mask and was about to open the glove box.

"No!" I stoped him but it was too late, he saw my bloody clothes. "What... why do you have bloody clothes here?"

I knew I should have emptied it yesterday! Darn laziness!

"I- uh- was- uh-" I couldn't produce any proper words. "You fight?" Tanong niya.

"Yes..." sabi ko. "You're a gangster too?" Tanong niya.

"No!" Okay that sounded defensive... stop being stupid Scynthia! "I just fight." Sabi ko.

"Really? That's why you were awesome earlier." That was close!

Pinaharurot ko na paalis yung kotse ko papunta sa bahay.

Pagdating doon sumalubong saamin sina mom at dad agad sila nagusap nina Nash habang ako diretso lang sa kwarto dahil kailangan ko na rin magbihis, pagbaba ko sinalubong ako ng sobrang matamis na ngiti nila Nash at nina mom at dad.

"What?" I asked in confusion. "Ihatid mo si Charles sa bahay niya, may sasabihim sayo si Janine at Ignacio." Sabi ni daddy

Wala akong magawa kundi sumunod nalang. Tahimik kaming dalawa sa buong biyahe papunta sa bahay ni Nash, hindi parin mawala yung ngiti ni Nash sa mga labi niya nung nakarating kami sa bahay niya. Pag pasok namin nakita ko yung mga magulang niya.

"Scynthia Rose Orelio, nice to finally meet you." Sabi ng mom ni Nash. "Nice to finally meet you too Mr. And Mrs. Santiago." Sabi ko.

"No neet to be formal, just call me Tita." Sabi ni Tita. "Okay po tita." Sabi ko sabay ngiti.

"Charles, has told us a lot about you." Sabi ni tita. "He has?" I grinned then faced him.

Nash gave her a stop-embarrasing-me look. "Charles, go upstairs and change first while we talk with Scynthia for a while." Sabi ni tita bago tumungo sa sofa. "Yeah, Ignacio." Sabi ko sabang ngisi at upo sa sofa.

"Dad said you were going to tell me something." Sabi ko. "Ah yes." Tita nodded.

"We were hopping that you and Charles could live in one house." Sabi ni tito. "What?" Hindi ako makapaniwala.

"Is it okay with you?" Tanong ni tita. "No, no problem at all." I said with a smile.

"I'm so happy that you agree, I like you for my son Scythia and I even feel like he likes you too." Sabi ni tita, I just grinned.

I can't wait to make fun of that guy... WAIT A FUCKING SECOND! I'M GOING TO LIVE WITH HIM!? HOLY SHIT! I just realized it now! Urgh! Paano kung may biglaang pagatake sa empire!? Or kailangan kong umalis bilang Red? This is not happening! I need a way out of this!
