Final Chapter

Scynthia's PoV

Well I was actually shot but I didn't die... why? I had a bullet proof vest, I just added the fake blood, I knew someone was going to shoot me so I planned it, I just wanted time relax that's why I did that... I know it sounds cruel...and yes it was, I made my friends depressed because of that, but don't worry I'll make it up for them...

So in short I didn't bleed to death but I did get a bruise because of the shot to the vest, that's why I crouched down in pain that day because it really hurt and actually the internal bleeding was real and so was the minor injury to the lungs...

And the me in the ICU was a wax model, me and the doctor just did something to the heart monitor so it would seem like it was alive...

Oh and yeah I tied up Daniella on the day of her supposed to be wedding...

"Nashy sorry." Sabi ko. "It's okay, don't worry... I'm even glad that you didn't die because of the internal bleeding." Sabi niya.

I hugged him tight. "Man, I'm so lucky to have a guy like you." Sabi ko. "I'm so lucky too that I have a girl like you." Sabi niya.

"I love you Nash." Sabi ko. "I love you too Scynthia." Sabi niya.

Humiwalay ako sa yakap. "Altho, I really like the name Ignacio." Nakangiting sabi ko. "Wag mo akong bolahin." Sabi niya.

"I'm not, I really like it." Nalangiting sabi ko. "Well then..." ngumiti siya.

"Matulog na nga tayo." Sabi ko sabay ayos ng higa at talikod sa kanya. "Okay, whatever you say Mrs. Santiago." Sabi niya.

Agad naman ako napangiti doon. "I'm not your mom Nash." Natatawang sabi ko. "Yeah you're right, you're not my mom... but you are the mom of my children." Namula ako sa sinabi niya...

This guy! Really!

"Tumahimik ka na nga diyan." Sabi ko, hindi parin mawala yung ngiti sa mukha ko. "Sus, kunwari pa siya... kinikilig naman." Sabi niya.

"Whatever helps you sleep at night Nash." Sabi ko. "Okay, goodnight Scynthia." Sabi niya, humarap ako sa kanya.

"Goodnight Nash." Nakangiting sabi ko.

Two years have passed and today is our college reunion. "Scynthia!" Sigaw ni January sabay yakap sakin. "Grabe, parang hindi tayo nagkita kahapon." Sabi ko.

"Shush, kunwari nga lang para hindi ako OP sa mga nagyayakapan." Sabi niya, humiwalay na kami sa yakap. "Nga pala, nasaan na yung fiancè mo?" Tanong ko.

"Oh, Kendal... nagpaalam magsi-CR raw." Sabi niya. "Biruin mo, noon dinare mo pa kaming magpanggap bilang couple and now fiancè mo na siya." Sabi ko.

"Oo nga eh, weird." Sabi niya. "Ikaw? Nasaan na yung asawa mo?" Tanong niya.

"Hindi ko nga rin alam eh." Sabi ko. "Baka nagtatago sayo." Sabi niya.

"Huh? Bakit naman?" Tanong ko. "Kasi, baka saktan mo siya... ikaw ah hindi ka parin ng babago! Pumupunta ka parin sa Edge." Sabi niya.

"What? It's just a hobby." Sabi ko. "Whatever." Sabi niya.

"Guys!" Biglang lumapit si Ice. "Hey Ice! Yan na ba si Blaze?" Tanong ko.

"Yup." Sabi niya.

Blaze is Ice's son... paano kasi nakabuntis siya noon but yet masaya sila ngayon ng nanay ni Blaze, they're happily married... baka sila nga yung nakatadhana?

"Ice, lumayo ka sa anak mo, baka matunaw ka." Biro ni January, tumawa naman ako doon. "Ha-ha-ha hindi ka parin nagbabago January, pareho talaga kayo ni Kendal... speaking of Kendal, nasaan na siya?" Tanong ni Ice.

"The potato is here!" Sabi ni Kendal. "Still the same potato king." I said shaking my head.

"Yup! Hindi na ito magbabago kahit kaylan!" Sabi ni Kendal, raising his hands in the air as if he won. "Whatever... have you guys seen Lex?" Tanong ko.

"Nope." Sagot nila. "I'm here, missed me?" Tanong ni Lex.

"Siyempre! Ikaw kaya si Ice Queen! Dapat nga kayo ni Ice yung magkakatuluyan eh..." sabi ni January. "Yuck, no way... I'm happy with my own husband now..." Sabi ni Lex.

"Hey, look at that we're complete, all we need now is Charles." Sabi ni Kendal. "Oo nga, nasaan na ba yang asawa mo?" Tanong ni Ice.

"I'm here!" Dumating na at last si Nash. "Saan ka galing?" Tanong ko.

"I just did something, don't worry." Sabi niya. "Guys, I have an idea." Sabi ni January.

"Ano yun?" Tanong ko. "Let's go to the roof and write our names there so we could all remember our friendship." Sabi ni January.

And like back then we would always go along with January's ideas... we are now on the roof writing out names.

"To our friendship! We may have gotten into a lot back then, but hey? We didn't let that ruin us... I may have been keeping alot of secrets but yet you guys are still here for me, and if you ask me, I would give up everything just to keep our friendship." Sabi ko raising my wine glass in the air.

"To our friendship! Which will go on forever! Even if we have our own kids already we will still remain friends... I may have been very weird but still guys! You still love me... I may have been very weird but guys that doesn't change that fact that I care for all of you." Kendal raised his glass up.

"To our friendship! I may be a cold silent person, but guys I admire your loyalty... I may be a kill joy at times and scold you but that only means I care for you guys and I can't stand getting you guys killed or what not..." Lex raised her glass.

"To our friendship! I may have ignored you guys after what happened to Scynthia, but guys you never actually stopped being in my head... I thought of you guys day and night... and without you guys... I might have already died the day Scynthia's plane crashed, thanks alot." Nash raised his glass.

"To our friendship! I know I am a very noisy person when you guys are down, but I just do that because I don't want you sad... I want everybody happy and enjoying life... I may have been dumb but I only do that to make you guys happy, because you guys are my bestest friends..." January raised her glass.

"To our friendship! I may have been a YOLO guy back then, that was because I was scared of losing you guys... so I made the most of times, but then I realized you guys wont go anywhere... you guys were here to stay, I may be silent about my feelings but guys you are the best things that happend to me... and the day I got Sofia pregnant with Blaze, I was scared but you guys guided me, and maybe without you guys, I wont be having fun with my life at all... we may not see each other often but our friendship will always remain like this... so guy no matter how hard life may be, we will always be there for each other... no matter what." Ice raised his glass.

"To our friendship!" Sigaw namin. "Cheers!" Sigaw naming lahat sabay inom.
