Lauren stretched out on the bed covering herself up in the giant duvet that was replaced while she was at a runway show that morning. "Oh babiessss....I'm tired." She moaned flipping the TV to E! News. She listened to them blabber about fashion week and all the people that were there completely bypassing the fact that she was there. She smiled reminding herself that it wasn't 1998 when she and Justin were together. But it could happen again. She thought to herself suddenly jolted out of her temporary bliss seeing a flash of the two of them eating out. "We're not going to say fact or fiction to this next one...Bruno Mars was seen out with the 90s celebutaunt Lauren Holt the night before Fashion Week started. They were caught by the photogs leaving early in the evening looking very cozy trying to keep warm in the early February air."

"Oh God. Look at us. Could we have just screamed out that we are dating..." she moaned at the TV changing it to a basketball game. She continued her evening to herself sipping on a Pumpkin Spice Latte and skyping with her older sister who was still concerned with her relationship "Larissa! We are fine. We are perfect. I cannot even wait for Valentine's Day." She told her sister.

"But do you know what he has planned?" she asked her younger sister.

"No." she sighed. "It might not even be anything. I saw him the day we got here and that was it." She said dramatically. "I know we are both working. This wasn't a vacation. We're just here in the city at the same time." She said hearing her phone vibrate. "Hang on." She glanced at the phone seeing a text from him.

Stay up. I'm on my way.

"I have to go, Riss. He's on his way home." Lauren told her sister.

"Ugh, fine. Be safe. I love you....wait...when do you go to the doctor again?" she asked.

"We find out if they're boys or girls on the 25th." Lauren told her sister.

"Okay. I'm putting that on my calendar." Larissa said. "I am so fucking excited. Twins. Fucking twins."

"I know." Lauren moaned. "They're making themselves very known tonight." She told her sister.

"Aww, my poor pregnant sister." Larissa laughed. "What are they doing?"

"I have to pee, I have to pee, my feet hurt, I'm tired. But I'm not tired. I'm horny, I'm fat, no I'm gorgeous oh my god I'm hungry, I'm horny, and then I'm gross, I'm horny...." She moaned.

"Oh my god. Get some. Your boyfriend is right there. And he's your boyfriend. Not your fiancé or your husband. Like. That's what boyfriends and girlfriends do." Larissa told her sister.

"They have sex?" she asked.

"Umm yeah. After you put that ring on it's over." Larissa told her sister trying not to scare her sister.

"No!" Lauren exclaimed. "It is not! We have amazing sex! It would never stop!"

"You two have make-up sex." Larissa said flatly.

"No. The last time we had sex it was....Saturday..." she said thinking to her sister. "That wasn't make-up sex."

"You don't think so. But he does. Lauren. He's still trying to make up for whatever happened the last time." Larissa explained to her sister. "And he's adding on to make sure that you'll stay for the next fight."

"No. That's not true, Larissa. We're in a good place. He knows how to get rid of his anger. He's been working out and it helps him so muccchhh." Lauren explained.

"Oh, you're so naïve, Lauren." Larissa told her sister.

"I have to go. He's back." Lauren turned to see the door crack open.

"Hello, Larissa." Bruno smirked at the other side of the room.

"Good night, Bruno. Your girlfriend is horny." Larissa said with a girlish giggle ending the conversation.

"But she's also tired." Lauren said dramatically putting down the computer covering herself with the duvet. Bruno flopped on the bed next to her laying himself on top of her carefully placing his weight on her chest and not her stomach like he would usually do.

"Well that's just too bad because I have exactly what you want on the table. But you have to get up and get it." He said playfully moving his hands to her feet tickling them.

"Stoooopppp." She laughed lifting her head out of the blanket carefully avoiding him to see what he was talking about. "There's nothing on the table, Bruno." She told him covering herself up again curling herself up in a ball so he couldn't get her.

"You aren't looking hard enough." He said to her lifting the blanket off her head pointing to the ice cream dripping in jalepeno salsa.

"Oh god...that looks so good." She said breathlessly. "Bring it to meeee...." She said sitting up in the bed.

Oh shit. He thought to himself seeing the ring behind the bowl of ice cream. Shit. Phil was looking at it. "Hang on, mommy." He said sweetly.

"What? You're really going to bring it to me?" she asked moving herself up out of the bed some more.

"Of course..." he said picking up the bowl throwing the ring toward the closet. Remember where you threw that. He said to himself as he walked closer to her.

"What was that?" she asked him.

"What was what?" he said getting in the bed with her handing her a spoon.

"What you threw in the closet? It was heavy..." she said to him.

"Nunya business, ladddyyy." He said playfully. She jumped out of the bed quicker than he thought she would running toward the closet the same way a running back would run toward the end zone.

"Nooooooooooooooooooo!" he yelled in almost slow motion wrapping his arms around her pushing her toward the ground with her finger tips reaching the box. "Lauren....don't open it....please....." he said still laying on top of her as she opened the box in shock. She moved her body over to the side a little getting comfortable on the floor staring at the ring not saying anything. He moved himself off of her knowing that there was no turning back.

"It's so perfect...." She replied so softly that he could hardly hear her. "It's so perfect..." she told him again watching him walk to the other side of the closet taking the box from her helping her stand up looking at her trying not to get as emotional as she was.

"Spend forever with me, Lauren?" he asked her looking down at the box pulling out the perfect ring putting it on her finger.

"Forever minus a day because I can't live without you, Bruno." She got out through her tears.
