Akili
Akili was wondering what her younger triplet's problem was. It's like she was no longer the innocent little girl she used to be when they had all played together back home. It was like she no longer even wanted anything to even do with Cammi and Akili. Like she was ashamed of them. Or something. Maybe it's just her imagination. Maybe.
But she can't worry about that now. She has to worry about the Kalen, her other sister was about to face. Oh damn, they were not supposed have any major attention on them. Damnit, why did Cammi have to attract the attention of the popular girl here? I swear, she's always the one that manages to cause problems like this.
She sighs. At least they finally met their other partner, Cole. What doesn't surprise her is that Cole has taken a liking towards Cammi. And of course then Cole's ex-girlfriend, the said popular girl Audrey, decided to take it onto herself to tell Cammi off. Very publicly.
So now Cammi has to fight in the Kalen with the red headed girl. Cammi and Akili still haven't found anything in the library when they had searched in there yesterday. They had thought that maybe this club would be founded earlier in the school's history, but there's been no mention of it. This whole assignment is already stressing her and they have barely even begun.
Shaking her head, Akili tried to focus back onto the matter at hand. She had just met up with Cammi in the grand entrance, but they were still waiting for Elfrida.
Really, does she have to be late? Akili let out a frustrated sigh. Cammi looked over at her and asked in Sy. "What's wrong with you? It's not like you're the one fighting in the Kalen."
Akili sent an apologetic look her way "Sorry, it's just that Elfrida should have been here by now."
"I'm sure she's just running a little late."
"A little? It's starting in twenty minutes."
"She'll be here."
"Yeah, well, if only she would...." Before Akili could finish what she was saying she saw Elfrida coming down the staring, but she wasn't alone. A boy with brown hair was next to her. A really handsome boy that is. This should be good.
"What took you so long?" Cammi asked once her sister and the boy had reached them. "Akili was about to make us leave without you."
"Sorry, I ran into him as I was leaving my room." Elfrida said this as she motioned towards the boy who was standing next to her. Her tone was of annoyance and only a hint dislike, but there was something those two that was completely opposite. All the while Akili noticed that the boy couldn't seem to keep his eyes off Elfrida. But Elfrida hadn't noticed. Or was purposefully ignoring him.
The boy looked at Cammi and Akili looking them both up and down. Then he gave them an arrogant smile and said motioning to Elfrida. "Hi, I'm Chase. And you have one amazing sister."
Elfrida rolled her eyes, but ever so slightly blushed, said. "I bet you say that about all the girls you want to sleep with."
"No," He gave her a charming smile, "only about you."
"You don't even know me."
"Then I'll get to know you."
"Not in that way you won't."
"Then in anyway possible."
Akili cleared her throat. "Sorry but," She glared at both of them, trying to hide her amusement, "if you haven't noticed but Cammi has a Kalen to fight."
