Bundling up in your coat and your scarf, you stepped outside into the cold weather, finding yourself to be freezing as you trekked around London, admiring the beautiful scenery and the busy, bustling streets.

Today was another ordinary day where you left the comfort of your hotel room to explore the city a little more. Despite the cold, you were glad you came, having already seen attractions such as Big Ben as you walked passed it, admiring the tall tower which presented you with the time.

You'd also been privileged to view the London Eye, Tower Bridge and even Buckingham Palace.

Your thoughts were interrupted as you walked straight into a rather hard, yet moving figure.

"Oh, I'm so sorry." You apologised, having realised the moving figure was in fact a British man.

Looking up at his face, you saw the warm smile he shone back at you, brown eyes shimmering as he let out a small laugh.

"It's okay, honestly, I should've been looking where I was going." He replied, amusement laced in his voice as he held your shoulders gently, steadying you.

"Hello, love." He greeted, holding out his hand for you to shake, acting as if you hadn't just bumped into each other.

"H-hi." You stammered, intrigued by the kind hearted man who had chosen to start a conversation with you instead of apologising and then leaving.

"What's your name?" He asked and your eyes widened at his forwardness.

"Sorry, love. I'm Liam, I'm new to this part of London, so forgive me for being a little enthusiastic." He chuckled, yet for some reason, his eyes reeled you in, telling you to talk to him.

"Oh, me too and I'm Y/N." You smiled, shaking his hand.

"Do you think you could show me around? I'm actually lost." He admitted, bashfully.

"I'm not sure how much help I'll be, I'm not entirely sure where I'm going either, I'm just trying not to stray too far away from my hotel." You replied, letting out a soft laugh as he smiled back at you.

"We could look around together?" He offered.

You weren't entirely sure why Liam wanted to look around London with you, but something about him told you not to let this opportunity go.

"Sure, I'd love to." You agreed and he smiled brightly.

"Great, well why don't we start off by grabbing a Starbucks? I have a map and maybe you could help me figure it out." He chuckled, pointing towards Starbucks which lingered just on the corner.

You simply nodded, glad to be heading in the warm.

"So, how long are you here for?" Liam asked, sipping on his coffee.

"I've actually just moved here. I'm moving into a flat on Oxford street, but I'm still waiting for the previous owners to move out, so I'm currently stuck in a hotel in Trafalgar Square." You explained as he stared at you, completely drawn to you.

"I could've gotten into a hotel closer to my new flat, but I wanted to explore the sights, you know?" You added as he nodded.

He smiled a small, slight smile before he forced it off of his lips, but he was ecstatic to find out that you weren't here on a visiting trip. You were staying, which meant he had a chance with you.
