Mike's p.o.v

Clutching Mira and giving her love bites was as far as I'd dare to go when someone was around. It'd usually be Jake or Annabelle buzzing around like little dim twats. It was hard not to hiss and yell at them. I shouted for them to clear off once and Mira found it amusing how Jake played as if he were daft. She's been less distant and more close, seeing how the week was almost over. Whatever stressed her seemed to have disappeared.

Speaking of disappearing, I haven't seen Angus in a while, neither have I seen Ailsa. Not that I mind. Mira and I are much happier. After Ailsa called Mira duffer, she and Angus cleared off. I'm glad, seeing as she filches from everyone. She wasn't fit like Mira is though. I find her presence quite beastly.

Glancing down at Mira, I frowned, seeing as she was still asleep. It was good, I don't like that she forces herself to stay awake. I just hate that I can't see those brown beauties all the time. She stirred a bit, causing me to drop my hold on her. Maybe she was uncomfortable, but I wouldn't know. Her eyes blinked open before groggily finding mine. She smiled at me, quickly hiding it.

It was hard not to laugh at her sometimes, but I loved her enough not to. Taking her hand in mine, I held it to my chest, reminding her that my heart still beat for her, and only her. She smiled, replacing her hand with her ear, listening and closing her eyes. Her breathing was steady before her eyes sleepily fluttered open again.

I insisted she sleep, but she had other things in mind. She seemed happy and energetic after thinking something over. Shrugging, I let her drag me out of bed. She quickly tossed off her clothes, forgetting I was there, obviously. I watched her, mentally applauding her as she carefully chose what to wear. Of course, I was curious of her secret plans, but would let her tell me on her own.

After getting dressed, she examined me, forcing me into my room and finding things for me to wear. I wasn't all too excited at the dashing wear she picked for me to try. She was pleased when she finally managed to force it onto me. Sighing, I let her spend hours on her hair, waiting until I let her drag me outside.

After having my eyes covered for probably forever, she sat me down, moving her hand and taking her seat. It didn't take long to realize we were on a date. Just confused of why she wouldn't tell me. Of course, life is full of surprises. We ordered tea and, being Mira, she ordered a few biscuits and a salad. I just got tea, being dull me.

She talked about casual things, such as our friends and the weather. After a while, I admit, I got bored. Sipping tea and staring at random things was getting dull. Sighing, I looked up and saw her holding out a hand, giving it to her. She dragged me from the cafe and back to her house. I didn't mind, to be quite honest. Once inside, she led me to her room.
