It was time. I was tired of waiting. I wanted to get my mate back. There was nothing stopping me. I just-
"No I am fine!" I heard Alex cry. "No its okay ..."
Suddenly he ran into my room and slammed the door. He then leaned against it out of breath.
"Um...can I ask-"
"Shhh!" Alex said as he signalled me to be quiet.
"Alex? King Alex are you there?" I heard Hannah's voice cry. "I still have your cookies left if you want them. You need all your energy when you are fighting the hunters."
I looked at Alex who looked like he was in pain.
"Man that woman is crazy!" Alex cried as Hannah's voice faded away.
"What is going on man?" I asked.
"Well the good news I managed to get her crush of you sorted."
"And the bad news?"
"It's seems she now has a crush on me." Alex cried.
"Now you see what I was talking about?" I laughed. "How is Jenna taking it?"
"Not good. She is one step away from kicking her ass and mine."
I just laughed lightly. No matter what kind of pain I was in. Alex always seemed to find a way to make me laugh again. Alex took a deep breath, and the real world came back to me.
"You ready buddy?" Alex said calmly as he placed a hand on his shoulder.
"As I will ever be."
Alex lightly smirked. "Come on lets go get your mate."
I planned everything. What could go wrong?
