The Gronkowski's had to go home since football season was starting. Amy went back up to Chicago once she knew everyone was going to be okay here. I have been finishing my college courses online now that I had to take care of Jack and Adam. Jack is now two and a half months old and such a cutie. We all have been getting along okay after everything that has happened. Adam also seems to be taking a liking to Jack now.

We were all gathered in the living room watching tv. Adam was playing with Jack on the floor.

"So. Why do you all of a sudden like Jack?" I asked curiously.

"I don't know. I think I just realized that he's so much younger than me that he probably won't be that much of a pain." He said. "And I know that I'm still way cuter than he is."

"Ooh. Don't get ahead of yourself there kid." I said laughing. "You never know how that child will turn out."

Just as he was about to say something else, my phone starting ringing. I checked to see who it was. Aunt Amy.

"Hello." I said answering the call.

"Hey Paisley. I just got told some information and was told to pass it down to you." She said. "Some people down in Africa want you to come down for a couple of months and help build the village that you are supporting." Amy explained.

"Oh my gosh! Yes! I would love to go!" I said extremely excited.

"Okay okay. I'll email you all of the details." She said before hanging up.

So. I guess I should explain. I have gotten quite a bit of money from being in the Olympics and doing commercials and ads. And I've always wanted to help out people less fortunate than I am. So I used the money I made to support this charity group down in Africa that builds villages and houses for people who don't have them. They also help with medical care and education. So when they asked me if I wanted to help of course I said yes.

I opened the email that Amy had sent me and opened it.

It said that I would have a paid flight there and back from Africa and all my transportation would be provided for while I was there. I would be staying in a hotel along way from the village area and that we would take a helicopter to get there everyday. I was kind of hoping to just stay in the village and experience what they go through. But whatever they want to do. The email said that I could also have a lady with me to translate everything and help me out. Then I read about what I would be doing while I was there.

I would be helping build many houses around the village. And because I was somwhat trained with basic medicine, I would be flying around to villages all over Africa assisting with medical care for babies, children, and adults. I would also be going into African school and helping them learn basic things.

All of this sounded absolutely wonderful! I was so excited. Until I read how long I would be staying. Two months. I was expecting 2-3 weeks. Not  two months. I don't know if I can do two months. But I really wanted to go.

I sent the email to Rob and asked him whether or not I should go. I also talked to Adam about it.

Both of the boys thought it would be a great experience, but neither of them wanted me to be gone that long. And I knew that if I did go, I wasn't going to be able to contact them much.

After some really long, hard thinking, I made up my mind. I was going.
