Leah's Pov:
"Leah! Hey girl!" Mckenzie says.
"Hey Kenz. What's up?"
"Just wondering, um, some friends and I are gonna skip class and smoke some weed. You should join!"
"No... No i cant."
"Oh c'mon! Dont be a party pooper!"
"Fine, what period?"
"3rd. See you there !"
I nodded and walked to my second period class.
I was not happy about this whatsoever but I knew I needed to live a little.
"Okay, I will be calling roll. Say here or present when I call your name...!" The damn teacher says.
"Paul Allan, Karianne Ballert,"
I hated school so much, but I still had 5 years of it left.
"Leah Horan?"
"Here!"
The whole class went by quickly, and soon it was 3rd period.
"There you are! I thought you were gonna back out! C'mon! The boys are waiting."
I followed her through the school, ignoring teachers that told us to get to class.
We ran across a field and finally made it to a group.
"Ahhh damn! You got Leah in this?" Matthew says.
"Matthew?"
"Leah you shouldn't be here."
"Dont tell me what to do." I snapped and sat down.
"Okay, so this is how it goes, we pass the pipe around, got it ?" Kayleeann says.
I nodded and when it got to my turn, i hesitated, but then put it to my lips and lit the lighter.
Maddie's Pov:
"Yeah, I understand... I'm sorry you guys were fighting." I say, as Eleanor sits next to me.
"So hows the baby?"
"No longer a baby." She sighs.
"Shes already 5!" She continues and runs her hand through her hair.
"They grow up fast!" I say.
"So how's Leah doing with school?"
"I think shes doing good. Her report card says she has straight A's."
"Thats amazing!" El says and smiles.
"Yeah. Im surprised she isnt a dare devil like her father."
"Oh my goodness I know. How is Ni? Do you know?"
"No. Havent talked to him for a few days. I dont wanna bug him you know? Im just wondering when he can come home. Leah's father daughter dance is coming up"
"If Niall's not home by then, I can ask Louis to be her partner." She sells.
"Okay. But , I dunno if it'd be the same." I say and play with my hair.
"It wont. But we dont want kids making fun of her for not having a dad around."
"Like me?"
"What?"
"Like when they bullied me?"
"Um. Yeah..."
"El, we can talk about it. Im 25 years old." I say and giggle.
"Oh my goodness. I'm only 29. Damn we're old!"
"Tell me about it!"
"SUPPERMAAAN!" A familair voice echoed.
"Louis, babe, youre not 19 anymore." El says and rolls her eyes as he enters the room.
"But the kids love it Elly."
"I know honey-"
"Just drop it. Anyways, whatchu ladies be doing?"
"Gossiping! Wanna join?" I ask.
"O.M.G. Sure !" He says in a REALLY high pitched voice.
"Are you sure hes not a woman in disguise?" I ask El.
"I dunno." She says and cracks a smile.
"No ladies. I am NOT a woman. But I can be if ya want!" He says in his regular somewhat deep voice.
Louis was now 31 , I think.
He had the same hair, up in a quiff, same blue eyes, a little facial hair, same small feet, and the same figure. You could mistaken him for a band member. (See what I did there ;))
Niall's Pov:
*Ring*
*Ring*
'Hey Its Maddie! Leave me a message , and your name and number and I'll get back to you!'
BEEEEEP.
"Hey Maddie- um, its Ni. We havent talked in a couple days. My fault. Uh-call me okay? Love you babe. Bye."
I locked my phone and sat with the boys.
"No answer?"
"Nope."
I just wanted to go home.
