I Ran Away

6 years later

It's been 6 years we haven't even gotten a hint that hiccup is okay he really doesn't want us to know if he's around or not, but the Dragon Master has made it clear that he's around he Defeated the Green Death, Became allies with the Outcasts, put Dagur in prison, and just last year he defeated Drago Bloodfist. Johann said he is getting really tall and the look of his eyes are changing he still has the kindness and love in his eyes but Johann said now they have also become sad, broken, and tortured. I wonder what has happened to him Johann said they every time the Dragon Master receives something from me his eyes light up like all the sadness was gone. that always made my heart beat faster. Johann was here today and I was headed to his ship.
"Ah, Astrid I have something for you!" Johann exclaimed when he saw me coming onto his ship "you do?" i asked a bit confused "Aye it's from the Dragon Master himself. he wanted to give you something for your kindness towards him." Johann said "wow the Dragon Master is actually giving you a gift Astrid! how exciting!" Fishlegs exclaimed I laughed Johann came back with a box in his hands. "wow what's in there." I asked Johann "I'm not sure Miss Astrid but he said to tell you that he hopes you like it. he said he overheard that you were wanting something new." I looked up at him confused "overheard?" i asked Johann nodded "he also wanted me to tell you that you're very beautiful." he added. my eyes widened "Wait so he's seen me?" Johann nodded and then said "he told me he was curious about what you looked like. he must have figured out where you are and come to see what you look like." Johann said all I said was wow and blushed a bit. "Blah Blah. don't you see the Dragon Master is flirting with you through Trader Johann! that disturbing!" Snotlout pretty much whined and yelled. I nailed him in the stomach "Thank you, Johann, Is there anything the Dragon Master needs?" i asked him he shook his head. "Okay just let me know if he needs anything okay!" I told him "will do Miss Astrid!"
I walked off the ship and to my house with FIshlegs, Snotlout, and the twins in tow. we went in and sat the box on the table "ooooh I wonder what he made you." Ruffnut and Tuffnut said in unison. "well let's find out!" I exclaimed i lifted the lid off and pulled off the paper that was on top, I let out a gasp. Ruffnut and FIshlegs were around me "No way the Dragon Master made you new clothes!" Fishlegs yelled I flinched but picked up the red cut off and fur hood. "wow, he sure knows my style. which I have to admit it kind of scary." i admitted, "awe i wish the Dragon Master would make clothes for me." Ruff whined which caused me to laugh. there was also a new fur skirt with slips of leather and spikes on it and a pair of blue pants to go with it, oh and new shoulder pads! this really made my day "I'm gonna go put this on! I'll be right back I told the gang. I ran upstairs to my room and stripped out of my old clothes and put on the ones the Dragon master made for me. they all fit perfectly which again kind of scary but I loved them. I ran back downstairs "they fit perfectly!" i exclaimed, "Oh come on you have to admit that that's weird!" Snotlout said, I nodded "It is but i don't care he did something really nice for me and so close to snoggle tog too." i said
we all walked out of my house the gang went to the Great Hall for lunch but i ate before i went to Johann's ship, i headed into the woods you a good quiet afternoon walk. I was walking in the woods for about 5 minutes before i heard a twig snap behind me. I turned around "hello!" I yelled to whatever made that twig snap. "wait, Astrid, why would say that that's how you get yourself killed. that's how horror stories start, and now I've freaked myself out."
I heard a laugh come from the woods and then a boy In black armor with leather underneath and a helmet on, came out from behind a tree he was holding his stomach and laughing I on the other hand just stared at him. "w-who is you? and what's so funny?" I asked/ scowled at him. it took him a few minutes but he stopped laughing and settled down he looked down as he lifted up part of his helmet to wipe away tears. "sorry I didn't mean to startle you, Astrid. I was just gonna see how you liked your gift." he said. whoa, wait that means he's... oh Gods "you're the Dragon Master? wow, you kind of remind me of my friend Hiccup he ran away 6 years ago." I said he nodded his head and he walked toward me "and the gift as you can tell, I love it thank you." i added. "aww no problem it's the least i could do for everything you've done for me the past 6 years, and about that Hiccup kid, I've met him he's gotten pretty handsome." i giggled and felt relieved knowing he's okay
"How's Hiccup doing?" i asked him he shrugged "well he's been through a lot he's mentally damaged but holding strong, poor kid got kidnapped a couple years ago and came out bad, but ever since then he's been headstrong and pushing through life," he told me, I got upset hearing about his condition. "Do you know if he will come back home? everyone misses him very much, it's just not the same village without him." I told him he shook his head "he can't he's in a bit of trouble right now, that I'm trying to help him get out of. but maybe after he gets out of this I can try to talk him into coming home." he said i nodded "that would be greatly appreciated. and now it makes sense how you knew what my style was." I laughed he nodded his head "they guy has a great memory." he said i nodded "well I better get going before Hiccup gets himself into more trouble than he is already in." he stated "of course. tell Hiccup I said hi and that I miss him greatly, that we all do." i said he nodded his head and walked back the way he came. I smiled and ran back to the great hall to tell the whole village what i found out about Hiccup. they're gonna be so happy to know that he's okay!
